'It is horrible stay... Room is small, smell some bad bed is very very bad and sheets are dirty with hair allover and spots. Bathroom is small and towels are almost black and old... The list will go on.'

'I've booked a ground leveled chalet and they told me that all were booked and they assigned me a fourth floor chalet a few days before my checking in. I booked this chalet with a Wi-Fi service and I figured out that there's no Wi-Fi and I had to use the roaming service which was very poor as it's provided by the local company and they charged me $15 a day for a very slow dial up kinda internet service. I've noticed a few roaches in this chalet as well. Communication wise, they are using pre-paid...
