'Ontvangst slecht, ik werd niet verwacht, eerste nacht doorgebracht in een noodkamer. Verblijf : 2 X van kamer moeten veranderen. Communicatie tussen beheerders en klanten : slecht of zeer moeilijk, maar er wordt altijd wel een oplossing gevonden.'

'This hotel is located in the lower town of Tana and that would have been bad, if it weren´t for the fact that it is located next to a small lake which gives it a better feel. The area is run down but the hotel is not. Rooms are fine albeit with a standard design, there are some good restaurants and there is a good shuttle and taxi service. The most impressive was the service attitude of the staff, particularly the reception staff - really excellent. There is a bank in the hotel for money...

'Je suis globalement déçu de cet endroit. Le prix me semble bien au delà de la prestation. Dans le bungalow (j'etais dans le 10) : Il n'y a pas de rideau occultant, la porte d'entrée se ferme mal et laisse passer la lumière et les insectes et lézards. Dans la salle de bain la moustiquaire est détériorée. Le ventilateur au plafond est assez bruyant.'

'This is not a nice hotel! The pictures are misleading, it looks like they are probably several years old. The hotel is much less inviting now. I guess it would be fine for travelers on a limited budget who don't mind very basic accommodations. The grounds were untidy with visible piles of garbage, the rooms were spartan and uninviting - the place looked more like a barracks than a hotel. I took one look at the place and my room, and left to find another hotel, even though I had already pre-paid....

'Sehr schöne Insel, die ich schon mehrfach besucht habe, auch als es dort noch keine Hotelanlage gab. Die ist vorbildlich in die Vegetation der Insel integriert und verfügt über angenehm schlicht gehaltenen, aber in jeder Hinsicht perfekten Komfort für einen entspannten Barfuß-Urlaub. Auch die unaufdringliche Freundlichkeit des immer verfügbaren und hervorragend geschulten Personals ist aus meiner Sicht mit der Bestnote nur unzureichend bewertet.'
