'Make sure you understand there are more fees when you get to the property. Also know that the location. Is about 10-15 minutes from the Branson attractions. That being said, the three bedroom cottage I had was very nice and very comfortable. Also know that they will try to get you to listen to a 2 hour vacation sales pitch. You can get a week’s lodging for three years for a little over $15,000. That’s $5,000 a week. I passed. '
