'We had an amazing (and too short) stay at Kunang Kunang tent resort. Welcomed very friendly, pick up and drop off arranged accordingly and had a lot of opportunities to explore but too little time. Food is very nice, got super room service with the welcome drinks and even a small present when we left. Would love to come again. Hopefully the tents will be kept well maintained until then! Sampa jumpai lagi! Terima Kasih.'

'This was such a lovely place to stay. The staff was super-accommodating, helping me arrange a climb of Mt Ijen and transport. Though it was out of town, it was in a lovely location and still only a 30-minute walk to the beach, where there's a great lobster restaurant where you can lounge for the day by the beach. BB also had Wonderful espresso drinks with breakfast. Lovely touch. '

'This is the first hotel that actually provides you with 2 racks to put your suitcases on. Good thinking! Very nicely designed, modern hotel with interesting old cars etc. on display. The room on the second floor was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. A plate with fruit was also there. 4 free bottles water. There seems to be no heating so in the evening It is a bit chilly. They can provide a jeep to take you to Bromo. The staff speak limited english. But Mr. Nana at the front...

'Prima hotel en service, uitmuntend ontbijtbuffet(voor indonesische begrippen duur, maar absoluut goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Enige kritische noot is dat de wifi op de kamer het slecht deed tenzij je op de gang ging staan bij de router. oorzaak volgens personeel is dat de wifi het slecht doet op de 20e etage en hoger. Betwijfel of dat ertoe doet.'

'The hotel is comfortable when taking the hotel room into account. Beds are fine, the room is clean (enough) and the bathroom is fine too. Service is average, the breakfast not too good. There are swimming classes for children in the pool throughout the day, which makes it loud/ screamy and little fun to chill at the pool. I would not book this place again. '

'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis voor Malang. Dit was niet het hotel met de beste score of de mooste foto's. We hebben voor dit hotel gekozen vanwege de ligging boven op de shopping mall. Een prima keuze zo bleek achteraf. Veel van de andere hotels die we op internet zagen, hadden mooiere foto's maar zagen er in het echt minder uit. Ook prima op loopafstand van het centrum en de restaurantjes. De kamers is prima hoewel de handdoeken niet meer helemaal wit zijn. Het hotel is een beetje vergane...

'Had a great stay here, restaurant is closed so set out for food. There was a tasty food stand outside and found a good restaurant across the street - local eats nothing fancy but good. Pool was nice and there are tables around to spend time in. The front desk gave us a number of a contact for Ijen crater which turned out great. Not far to ferry to Bali. SOme bugs in the room but it comes with the territory. We had to keep toilet seat closed at all times though because it always had ants inside...

'The hotel is under renovation on the front part. But it doesn’t affect much experience for me since the room and the hotel lobby are still ok. Got free breakfast with quite complete selection.
