'The stay was amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was how diabolical the hotel was at replying to messages or phone calls about the transfer from the airport that they offer. It took 3 weeks for them to reply and when they replied, I replied within a few hours to book the transfer and still no message or phone call to this day. Rooms are clean and tidy. Amazing view from the top floor of the platinum building with sea view.'

'Not bad nice room but no fridge. WIFI GOOD. My son has a disability and makes a lot of noise. Inevitably someone has to come to tell me he is noisy - I know, I've lived with it for 18 years I experience it closer than other people. Accept that some people are louder than others and can't help it, such as babies.'

'We had to change room during our stay and the personal had no compassion for this inconvinience. Also the staff at the hotel played really loud personal music everywhere at the hotel. The room, specially the bathroom was not clean. Would not recommand anybody to stay at this hotel.'

'Amazing stay here! The appartement was clean when we arrived, the people are so friendly, a really nice family. The kitchen is small, but the terrace and the amazing view make up for it! If we ever go back to ulcinj we would definitely stay here again! '

'Amazing place with great vistas of environs, yet located in the centre of town with amenities within easy walking distance. Premises are pristine in cleanliness but preserves overall natural setting including pomegranate trees in the courtyard. Family owned business is well run and inviting for guests without being in the least intrusive-a combination difficult to pull off in this day and age. Kudos to this organisation.'

'Das einzig gute an der Unterkunft war die Lage direkt am Strand und der Meerblick vom Balkon. Rest sehr enttäuschend. Die Buchubg kam nicht an, sodass am ersten Tag keine Zimmer frei waren. Wir mussten in einem anderen Hotel übernachten. Wurden immerhin hingefahren und auch abgeholt. Zimmer wurden nur alle zwei Tage sauber gemacht. Der arrogante Mitarbeiter/Chef der sich um die Buchungen kümmert hat uns weder begrüßt noch angesprochen. Mit ihm hatte ich zwei Wochen zuvor über Whatsapp...
