'A lot of wonderful things about this hotel. the surrounding natural beauty and the very beautiful dining room and common rooms with stunning views. The wooden deck surrounding the hotel and outside the spa area is somewhat degraded and even rotten in some places by the hot tub. The breakfast is very nice. 'Not very attractive hotel: rooms are very, very small and very, very dark. Hotel needs big, big renovation. Hotel is in a very bad condition, but has a lot of potential. Location is excellent, at the fort. Walkabele distance to port and town center. Breakfast is simple. This is supposed to be the best hotel in Ancud ........... poor Ancud!'

'Budget hotel along very busy street with loud noise most of the day and night. There is no air-conditioning so the window had to be propped wide open compounding the noise issue. The room only cooled diwn well after midnight. They had trouble with our reservation so check-in took quite a while. Free breakfast was ok but a bit sparse.'
