'Hotel ligt in buurt die vanaf uur of 16 een en al gezelligheid is. Pleintje met Terrasjes aan de overkant van hotel, muzikanten op straat en kleine braderie. Hotel zelf is oase van rust, erg nette kamers en voor ons na lange vlucht heerlijke plek om bij te komen. Balie personeel heel erg behulpzaam.'

'On average an okay hotel. The shuttle bus from/to airport is for free but useless. We waited for 45’ at the airport but no shuttle (according to the hotel it should run at 19.00 but we waited and waited and …..). A Uber is around CLP 8.000. To the airport it didn’t go between 06.15 and 08.15. We had to be there at 08.00: so useless once again. Noisy rooms due to airplanes. Could use isolated windows!! Staff perfect, as the food.'

Helaas deed onze airco het niet wat we s avonds hebben doorgebeld naar de service lijn, helaas is niemand het probleem komen verhelpen. Het raam openen aan de drukke straatkant was vanwege het verkeerslawaai niet echt een optie dus de kamer was erg warm. '

"Good beds/pillows in a dark, spacey and quite room. Restaurant doesn’t have many options for dinner, but the food is good. Breakfast buffet is top. Swimming pool and gym are not big, but more then enough. Nice and friendly personnel but their English is limited (as my Spanish)."
