'The hotel is very well located in Cairo and has a beautiful view of the Nile. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The breakfast is varied and they also had typical Egyptian specialties. The 3 restaurants are super tasty and we recommend the Grill enough! The room service was also on point. The only downside were the noisy events on Friday and Saturday until late at night. We definitely recommend this hotel!'

'I actually booked a room with a view but we have got a room at the fifth floor with a view on a balcony.The blankets in the room were dirty and have not been changed before arrival. The curtain fall down when the staff wanted to open it. The bathroom looked like under construction. The room has not been cleaned the second day, they didn't care. 'Goede accomodatie met uitkijk vanaf het rooftop terras op de piramides en de sfinx, waar ook het restaurant is, dus tijdens de Sound and Light show elke avond is dit ideaal. Het personeel is vriendelijk en wil je met vanalles helpen om je verblijf zo plezierig mogelijk te maken, soms wel iets te overdreven maar dat is de cultuur van de mensen. Verder zijn er leuke winkeltjes om de hoek en bevinden er tegenover het hotel ook een paar ATM's. Dus ik had niks te klagen.'
