'We had a lot of our family staying here at Tanoa and let me say our experience was just amazing! Everyone here is so friendly and very helpful. The AC is one of the best, nice and cool air. 'We did have a silent night until the cleaners make noises but we told them it’s too noises outside while we try to take a nap but they answered back with nonsense behavior but my husband told her that he will inform the manager but she said go ahead. Poor service and unpleasant people need to hired people who know how to create people and welcome them with warmth welcome. But I hope this place will be better next time. '

'We loved the “open to the sky” shower with a big rain head fitting. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The staff were amazing & really friendly and respectful. They use local produce really well. Wifi is complimentary in the Reception area but SAT20 per day otherwise. The pool area is beautiful and has its own “swimup” bar '

'Aniva is a great host and the ladies that help her are lovely. The breakfast is very nice, the rooms clean and it's nice and close to Apia. The beds were a little hard for my taste but not terribly so, the shower is great and the pool is a delight in the heat, even though it's over-chlorinated. Definitely pay the extra for A/C (it's a must for sleeping in the heat) and I would recommend paying in advance at the quoted price as there is a small discrepancy in the exchange rate if paying when you...

'Staff was amazing , Very friendly and always willing to help. They became like family and without hesitation They promised to look after my mum when I returned back to NZ but they went above and beyond. Check in/out was smooth with no hassles. Right in the middle of Apia so very convenient to town. It’s simple and intimate setting gives you peace and quiet and the attention when needed. Highly recommended.
