'The hotel was great location, Expedia says it is 8 minutes walk to Haram, but it is only 3 minutes to the Haram gate as there is a shortcut through the back entry. We had many questions regarding Umrah and Haramain train issues and the concierge desk was always there to help me and my family, specifically Rayan and Sulaiman were top notch! '

'Ik had deze hotel gekozen voor uitzicht tot haram maar kreeg een kamer met uitzicht naar troep terwijl ik vooraf hierover had bericht gestuurd naar het hotel. Was erg teleurgesteld.'

The area around is Ok but close to Airport and easy access through any Careem taxi, took us 2 min to have Careem at the door step. Room was clean and house keeping was wellcoming, room service was cooperative. Will do it again.'
