'Hotel is under renovation - they did tell us right from the start. I guess the price was lower than expected for that reason. That said, a lot of the smaller things were far from 5 star level. The bedding, towels, toiletries were all just... okay? Nothing bad, but not premium. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Included breakfast was good but barely changed over 5 days so some variety would be nice.'

'Superb 5 star hotel. Very nice, clean and modern spacious rooms. Restaurant Colony, serves continental dishes as well a local Indian food in buffet or menu. On Sunday's there is special lunch buffet, where locals reserve for to be able to attend. Very friendly and helpfull staff, for me the place to stay when I'm in Chennai!!'

'Internet goes out regularly. After waiting for hours on the staff to come by and several calls, they tell me internet is out all together. Next day the same problem. The front desk staff is bored, rude and unhelpful. A Towel-service at the pool would be helpful too, instead of having to go back to your room and use your rooms towels at the pool. The restaurant staff is helpful and polite.'

'Radissons Taxidriver Suresh drove us all the way from Chennai to Coimbatore and back. Despite of the hectic traffic during the peak hours he managed to drive very safely and trustworthy. He was very punctual, always on time. We enjoyed very much his company and his stories and explanations During the trip, answering our questions about the Indian way of live.'

'Awesome place with a great staff. Stayed for a couple of nights for US visa work and this was an ideal location for visiting the VAC and the embassy. Staff is familiar with the visa process and have a good grasp of Hindi/English, so communication was easy and straightforward. They have some sort of a 'visa' package, which apparently includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the in-house restaurants; which was a blessing as roaming outside in Chennai in the summer is not fun. All the restaurants...
