'We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property. Everything from A to Z has been impeccable. The villa, the food, the staff and everything one can think of. When there was a slight glitch in one of the services, the staff not only have resolved the matter promptly but exceeded expectations in terms of service recovery. 'Buiten het weekend een rustig hotel met prachtig zwembad en geweldig strand. Op het strand een gezellige bar voor eten en drinken. Ook ruim voldoende bedjes. De hotelkamers zijn erg ruim en netjes, maar wel gedateerd. Maar het zwembad en strand maakt dit ruim goed!'

'Overrated, photos on website totally different than reality “worse”, very small swimming pool with too much people in it “crowded”, smell of cooking is everywhere in the hotel indoor and outdoor, room’s furniture is too old. Breakfast was not fresh and tastes awful! Hotel’s rate per night versus value is too much. Not recommended at All!!! It was a real bad experience!'

'Super goed resort. We hebben er echt van genoten. Veel zwembaden. Helaas zijn de meeste niet gekoeld, dit is wel minder in de zomer als het water 32+ graden is. Gelukkig wel 2 zwembaden die gekoeld zijn. Ik persoonlijk vond het fijn dat het hotel ook achter zijn personeel staat. Lifeguards zijn echt super! '

'We had a fantastic stay at Mughal Suites. Shadi and Diana checked us in and gave us a lovely suite. It was clean, the AC worked perfectly and we had a nice pool view. Diana called us to make sure everything was ok and let us know the name of the person who would be at the front desk after she left. 'BIG DISAPOINTMENT. Absolutly no 5 star and no ultra all inclusife when you have to pay for a normal beer, wine, wiskey, rum or piece of meat after you payed €400 for one night. Rude staff except the gentleman at the gate, the lady at the sigar bar and Asian staff. You pay a adult price for a boy of 17 but kicked out of the pool and almost the hotel when you want to cooldown in the adult pool. 'Amazing hotel with very friendly staff. Restaurants are great and service incredible. We had a very early check in - which wasn’t a problem - with an upgrade for free. Very sweet welcoming gifts (such as petite cakes and fruit). Only - is the smell in the bathroom, sometimes you smell old water, however it’s still clean! I visit RAK a lot and would definitely come back. '
