'Nancy and Richard were wonderful hosts. We were served a home-cooked breakfast every morning with fresh fruit, eggs and vegetables from their own property. The fruit pies were delicious and a real treat! Nancy gave us a tour of the gardens. The entire place smells heavenly because they do not use chemicals. The most gracious of hosts, they were most accommodating and they made us feel right at home. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable. Loved our stay. '

'Quaint B&B right in downtown Pottsville. Within walking distance to the Yeungling brewery and many bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. There were even chocolates on the dresser which was a nice touch. Breakfast was served in the tea room. You could order your own meal which was a nice change from other B&Bs I have stayed in. As a tea drinker I especially enjoyed the large selection of teas. Lastly, the Innkeeper was very accommodating. We needed an earlier check in and...

'This the first time ever that I treated myself to a solo get away for R&R. I started with day at the spa at the Hershey Hotel. Highly recommend that as well. The Inn is delightful and gorgeous. It also an operating horse farm nestled in the rolling hills in the shadow of the Blue Mountains. Spent 2 nights there. Breakfast was delicious. I had a room on ground level with a private patio. When i opened the door to patio it was like stepping into a Van Gogh painting. '

'While the place is very cute, there were many odd things about it. First and foremost, there is NO AC in the room. Room description also advertised a bathrobe and desk and those were not provided either. I had to sleep with two fans and one window open (the other two did not have screens). That night, I went to get a drink at the coffee bar and the common area was very dark and could not find a light switch anywhere. I was told by other guests that the back staircase outside had a broken step...

'Brownstone Colloniall Inn is a bed and Breakfast accomodation. With good bedrooms and a room downstairs for common use Kind and friendly hosting, good breakfast - with a prayer as a starter. But that is a respectfull part of a good converstation! On the countryside of Reinholds, near Middle Creek Wildlife park. Lots of deer !'
