First off, they charged us double because their system lad a glitch. The desk person was very nice, but their reservation system was buggy. We waited for half an hour but they couldn’t resolve the issue even with help from Expedia support person who called the office immediately. The decoration in the room itself was kind of OK, but it was very dated. The carpets were so dirty I hesitated to walk on it without shoes. The beds we very uncomfortable, and went too far down even with a 160 lbs person.
