Apartment below expectations
The location of this apartment is fine. The apartment itself was far below expectations due to: - Apartment was located in the basement, -Continuous (day and night) noise disturbance of the metro and air planes, -Noise disturbance of neighbors from the upper apartments: refurbishments, walking during the night, crying baby) -We were not able to use the dining room because of the awful smell of humidity in that room, -Poorly equipped kitchen (no bowls, no wine glasses, lack of cutlery) -View on the metro line: It wasn't an underground and passes 6 meters behind the apartment about 10 times per hour, -Not all bedding, table cloth and linen were washed and clean. We will never come back here and do not recommend it.

Nos alojamos de viernes a Domingo, la casa espectacular, amplia, con 4 dormitorios, una bodega comedor para desayunar y comer, una cocina grande con todos los utensilios necesarios. El entorno precioso y facilidad para aparcar. Lo malo que está pegada a la vía del tren y se oye bastante, se solucionó utilizando tapones por la noche, ya que por el día se camufla más el sonido con el ambiente y la limpieza era un poco escasa, pero estuvimos muy cómodos. Oihane fue la persona de contacto y hubo una comunicación fluida todo el tiempo, una persona muy agradable que nos explicó todo con detalle, encantada con el trato con ella.

El piso es grande y se encuentra ubicado en una zona inmejorable. La comunicacion y disponibilidad de Oihane y su atencion con recomendaciones incluidas durante toda la estancia solo hacen mejorar todavia la experiencia. 100% recomendable para cualquier viaje a Getxo o Bilbao

Incredibly noisy with trains running day and night a few yards from the apartment
A below average apartment, lacking in a lot of simple facilities one would expect. The noise from the trains is incredible both day and night. Too hot to close the windows and too noisy to keep them open. The place had potential but missed out on so many small items.

Casa sucia, con olor a humedad, llena de mosquitos (la primera noche imposible dormir), una de las duchas atascadas y la vía del metro delante de la ventana. Con el tema de la ducha y los mosquitos el dueño lo apaño, nos atendió rápido, pero la suciedad, el olor a humedad y el ruido para dormir de las vías del metro.....ahí se queda, si tienes mal dormir, busca otro alojamiento. NO es alojamiento para volver.

Highly recommend!
The property was very spacious and very well situated. The public transport was superb and the beach had facilities for anyone with a disability. Oihane was available by text for any queries. We had a fabulous holiday.

Apartamento muy espacioso. Con amplio sitio de reunión para los 8. Habitaciones cómodas. Fácil aparcamiento. Al lado de la vía del tren pero no fue inconveniente ya que apenas pasamos tiempo en el apartamento. Muy recomendable para grupos grandes.

Well located large appartament in Getxo to visit Bilbao
We spent a week with our kids and friends. The apartment is very well located to walk in Getxo and to go to Bilbao with the metro. The apartment is large and accommodates 8 people very comfortably, with large leaving and dinner space. Due to ongoing work in the building and the place itself it was considerably dusty. The place would do with a deep cleaning, but a part the dust rest was nice, clean and reasonably new. We enjoy our stay and would definetly suggest it to others.

Fantástico fin de semana con amigos
Espacioso y a la vez acogedor apartamento que tiene todas las comodidades para 8 personas. Bien comunicado y en buen estado en general, baños recién reformados. Íbamos buscando Bilbao y descubrimos Getxo, merece la pena detenerse en sus playas, bares y calles. Lo recomiendo para familias con niños

Bueno, está bien comunicado y es muy amplio. Nos alojamos 6 personas, pero tiene capacidad para 8 personas con amplitud. Por poner algún "pero" para los que les cuesta dormir con ruido. El tren pasa al lado de la casa y se escucha mucho. Necesita un poco de mantenimiento en el mobiliario. Yo volvería....

Bei Ankunft musste der Kühlschrank geputzt werden, die Kopfkissen waren fleckig und die Küchenschubladen voller Spuren der Vormieter und sehr unaufgeräumt. Das Esszimmer ungepflegt + schmuddelig. Die Vermieterin zeigte sich uneinsichtig.

bel appartement mais trop proche de la voie ferrée
l'appartement est spacieux et bien situé (proche plage 7 min) mais la terrasse donne sur la voie ferrée. Ce sont les métros qui passent. Trains courts et pas trop bruyant mais quand même pas très agréable de prendre l'apéro et de devoir s'arrêter de parler quand un métro passe.

Casa muy grande, bien ubicada en una zona tranquila y de fácil aparcamiento en la calle. La cocina con el choco muy amplia y agradable para comer. Los propietarios muy agradables, nos informaron de todo al llegar. Como fallos: El baño pequeño está muy viejo, la bañera muy mal. Si van dos familias es un problema ya que ese baño no se puede aprovechar bien. En la cocina y en la terraza del salón entran hormigas y también había muchos mosquitos, se agradecerían mosquiteras en las ventanas.

Great location!!!
It was a great location for visiting Bilbao and environs. Good restaurant and market within walking distance. Easy walk to Metro rail which is very easy to use. One down check was the mildew/mold smell in the dining room. Fortunately the area could be isolated by sliding doors. The owner is in the process of correcting the problem.
