'We now live out of state and traveled back to Chilton County to celebrate Mothers Day Weekend with family. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The house is wonderful and perfect for a weekend getaway or a week enjoying the water! We will definitely stay here again in the future!!'

'Stayed here to go to the SBC Baseball Conference Championship in Montgomery. Property was in a good location. We had 4 occupants, but we came in 3 vehicles. This unit is part of a bunch of connected townhomes and each comes with only 2 parking spots. As such, we had to park 1 vehicle on the side street, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The carpet has stains and could should probably be replaced soon. We had an issue with the fridge not working, but the host replaced it within a few hours of us...

'House was beautiful. High quality all the way; mattresses, kitchen appliances, furniture. Nice playroom with toys. Game room was wonderful. Only drawback was access to water; lots of steps. Hard (or impossible) for older people and small children to get down to dock.'

'Nice place in an apartment complex. It was quiet and had easy access to RTJ. Would have preferred a more comfortable living room and one of the knobs on the stove didn’t work. Otherwise, worked well for our purposes.'

'We rented this home to visit family in Prattville. The location was perfect for shuttling back and forth to and from family's houses. The home was very clean and well stocked with nice basics. We had a small issue with the electronic door lock/code and the property manager was available to solve the problem right away. The house was plenty roomy for our family of four, in fact it had space to spare for us! I'd recommend this rental to anyone visiting Prattville.'

'The house reeks of mold there is a terrible stench in the home. There are roaches in the cabinets, stains on the wall, unkept yard. The house interior looks nothing like the photos online. The televisions do not work without WiFi. No WiFi, security alarms, hangars for clothes this venue needs a lot of work.'
