Goed bed en airco. De rest is matig.
Op het eerste gezicht ziet de kamer er ok uit. De meubels zijn gedateerd en alles is van stof. Bed is geweldig! Airco werkt goed. Kamer is klein, maar voor een paar overnachtingen prima. De badkamer is modern, jammer van de schimmel in de kit. De sfeer in het restaurant is gemoedelijk. Ontbijt is een ramp. Keuze is te beperkt, gerechten smakeloos. Alles is steeds op, wordt nauwelijks aangevuld. Op is op! Ook servies en bestek is schaars. Koffie apparaten werken steeds niet. Samengevat: ok hotel voor alleen douchen en overnachten. Prijs en kwaliteit in evenwicht.

Heerlijk hotel waar we voor de derde keer waren. Stille schone ruime kamers prima badkamer. Goede bedden. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met behulpzaam personeel. Fijne ligging net buiten het centrum.

Heerlijk rustige kamers. Heel behulpzaam personeel, zeker bij de receptie en restaurant. Prima locatie binnen loopafstand van het centrum.

We hadden heel even bordje "Niet storen" opgehangen tijdens ontbijt. De schoonmaak service maakte hier gelijk misbruik van om de kamer dan maar niet meer schoon te maken.

het hotel is prima.
Ik vond het hotel prima. de kamer was netjes de bedden waren lekker, ik heb er goed geslapen. het ontbijt vond ik een echt Engels ontbijt, het was lekkerder dan ik had verwacht. de directe omgeving van het hotel vond ik wat minder. helaas geen eigen parkeerplekken voor de auto, maar wel om de hoe een betaalde parkeerplaats die ik niet zo heel duur vond. als je met het openbaar vervoer wil reizen zit je er prima. de metrostation licht eigenlijk tegen het hotel aan, en de bushalte is iets verderop. de Bullring shopping center, is op loopafstand ongeveer een kleine 10 minuten lopen.

Schone ruime kamers, goede bedden, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel alleen de buurt iets minder. Vooral als je 's avonds laat over straat gaat. Beetje een achter buurt maar verder prima.

The property was clean and comfortable maybe slightly outdated and in need of a bit of revamp but didn't not impact our stay at all. The lock on our door was broken and the bathroom door didn't close properly but the room was clean and well presented the bed was comfy and we slept well. Breakfast was okay

I booked this from the Internet, thinking that the "Jewellery Quarter" would be a nice area with some quality dining places around in the evening. Never again, the area is a slum! I had the choice of pizza, pizza, pizza or breaded chicken from the takeaways around the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel was ok, the staff very friendly, especially the 2 ladies at reception on Saturday morning 18th May. The bed (room 145) really should be replaced, every time I moved all the springs creaked and groaned! The air-conditioning fan was very noisy and the room never quite felt warm enough. Nive bathroom, very good shower, nice big television.

We stayed for 1 night for a concert at the Utilita Arena which is in walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff in reception and at breakfast were all friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed but the bathroom was looking a bit tired. The price was excellent for a family of 4 though especially as a good breakfast buffet was included. We parked at Newhall Street NCP for a secure car park which was about an 8 minute walk from the hotel - maybe not ideal for everyone but fine for us. Best bit - really great staff, worst bit - noisy guests in the corridor at 5.30am!!

An easy walk into the city centre when the weather allows, the tram stop outside is convenient for a 7 min journey into the city centre and Birmingham New Street station. Not too far from the city centre for a late night taxi

Been here a few times lovely place to stay . Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Tram just round the corner takes you straight into the center or you could walk it in about 20 minutes

Great Staff & Hotel
The staff where super friendly and helpful, and we could not recommend this hotel enough. The rooms where very clean, comfortable and quiet. Next to the tram stop or just a quick uber ride into the city centre, great location

As a lady travelling alone for work (30s), I did not feel safe walking from the city centre to the hotel (15min walk) in the dark after work around 6pm. I went to the fuel starion about 50m up the street for a bittle of water to take back to the room around 6-6.30pm too and the door to the garage shop was locked. Says it all. Would not return even though the hotel room itself was nice and modern and clean, comfy bed, the corridors were awful, maze like to my room ans felt like going to the toilet in a Wetherspoons.

Fantástico
Me encantó, desde mi llegada tuve el Check in muy ágil. El personal muy atento, Sheena especialmente. Es grato encontrar una sonrisa amable cuando se extranjero. El Hotel es limpio y muy cómodo, desayuno variado y delicioso cada mañana y un gimnasio bien dotado para aprovechar el tiempo libre, disponible las 24 horas. Esta cerca de Bullring para ir de compras, visitar restaurantes o simplemente caminar. Se encuentran todas las marcas con buenas ofertas y además Primark y TK Max.
