'The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful in organising tours and transfers which worked out really well. They were helpful at all times and very responsive and informed. Staying at this hotel was a brilliant start to our stay in Central Asia. The hotel too is very nice and centrally located. Food at the bar was also really nice. '

'Excellent vacation location, with beautiful mountains as the perfect backdrop. Very friendly and helpful resort staff. Only minor issue was slow service in the main restaurant. My wife and I sat at a table for about 20 minutes waiting for staff to acknowledge us. Also, Pinacoladas my wife ordered had very little, if any alcohol content.'

'The hotel is undergoing renovations, so you actually enter the hotel through the doorway where one would ordinarily go to the restaurant. Rooms are clean and modern (as mentioned, hotel being renovated). Area around the hotel: like many parts of Bishkek, "sidewalks" are a bit rough around the edges, because the city is in the process of tearing them up and replacing them. Area around hotel has plenty of dining and shopping options.Friendly, helpful staff.'

'The location of the hotel is great as you can walk to all major attractions. Its kind of hotel inside of the hotel, taking the 5th floor of the building. Rooms are quite nice but was not able to find any English tv channels on tv except BBC. Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing and they did not have proper coffee, just instant coffee. Staff is very helpful and everyone speak English. There are no normal hotel services like restaurant etc so you cannot get ice etc from room service, on the other...
