She just stared at me when I went to check in and it should have been pretty obvious I was there to check in and if she was unsure, ASK. The elevator at this hotel is in need of some work and does not stop closing even if something is in the way. My 2-year-old stuck his hand in the door and it started closing on it. 'The front desk staff are very professional and friendly. Ted was phenomenal!! Its rare to meet someone with that caliber of customer service. He explained options for the hotel amenities, local attractions & events for the weekend. Our room was very clean, easy access to HWY 94 with a luggage cart available. Everything you could need to include a sundries station & very nice breakfast bar. I would highly recommend this hotel for a reasonably priced stay.'
