The cottage is adorable, very private and within reasonable driving times to the area’s attractions. The cottage was well equipped and well furnished. 'We had a fantastic stay at the hideaway. It was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed not having to pack all the kitchen appliances, and we took advantage of the kitchen, cooking each night. We spent afternoons soaking up sunshine on the decks aftee hiking nearby trails. The location was perfect, so close to all the parks and monuments. It had everything we needed. We highly recommend!'

'The house was very clean and well appointed. Stocked well with all the items you forget about (garbage bags, soap, condiments, laundry soap etc. etc. etc. ) The beds were comfortable. The views are stunning and we saw wild turkeys, deer and of course the koi pond was very peaceful. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and unwind after tours of Mt Rushmore and area attractions. Would absolutely return to this beautiful awesome home. '

'Loved this historic home— charming, spacious for our group of 7! Nice and close to downtown. Great homebase for our family wedding trip. Rapid City provided us a great home from which we explored the Badlands and Wall Drug, the Black Hills (Spearfish and Bridal Veil Falls), Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse monument, and even Devils Tower in Wyoming. All this and a wedding within 5 days! Thanks for a great home to warm up in after the chilly spring winds.'

'We had an impromptu Labor Day family trip. Scott was so accommodating and helped us with all our questions. The deck was amazing to make smores and there is a massive lawn played games on and even an outdoor batting cage which was a "hit". Basement is full of games and theatre seating with a very cool bar with memorabilia.'
