The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? Large kitchen on 3rd floor viewing the ocean large master suite; 2nd floor with another sitting room multiple bathrooms and another 3 bedrooms 1st floor sunroom leading to outside-there are multiple levels with stairs but there is an accessible elevator- sunroom attaches to garage with beach supplies and ping pong table Everyone had a great time...

'We loved our stay in this house on Block Island. It was perfect for our group of 6 (I do think more than that might be cramped). It's a great house, tons of light and great hang-out space upstairs with cozy bedrooms downstairs. We were asked to bring our own towels and sheets a few days before our stay, which came as a surprise so something to be aware of, but we made it work and enjoyed our stay!'

'The house was very spacious with many bedrooms and incredibly close to town. Very easy walk to/from the ferry. Douglas was an incredible host - he was very friendly and incredibly accommodative. Highly recommend the house!'
