'This home is spectacular! Ideal location in the ‘little lakes’ adjacent to public land. We celebrated Thanksgiving and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. Bedrooms are spacious, kitchen/living room is quite large and setup perfectly. The soaking tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. My only nitpick is I wish the grill was propane, only because the temperature outside was in the 20s with 40mph wind. We had such a great stay! Little lakes holiday market was awesome!...

'We had 8 family members coming to Rochester to see another family member in a play at Geva Theater. The house was perfect for a large group. Clean and comfortable. Clean kitchen, fully equipped. Close to downtown.We enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!'

'The property is a lovely lakefront house with upper and lower porches overlooking dock and lake. The mid-Sept weather was gorgeous; kayaked twice and even managed a (chilly) swim in the lake. Having a piano in the living room was special; it was fun trying to remember my piano lessons from 60 years ago. The house is conveniently located just a few minutes from town with several restaurants and Wegman's that offers prepared meals that can be warmed up. The Heron Hill winery is a 20 min scenic...

'We had a lovely few nights in this gem of a home. The house is lovely and well cared for, and the back yard was a quiet getaway from our busy trip attending our daughter's graduation from U or R and all the associated events. Thanks for a great stay!'
