'We stayed 4 nights while hiking and hitting the wineries and cider houses. It was nice, cute and well stocked. For us, it was pretty much centralized to all of our activities but there isn't anything within walking distance but a short drive to town for pizza or the grocery store.'

'The property and stay was amazing and it was very close from the lake and winery's, the property was very clean had everything you need to cook in the kitchen even to wash your clothes, i used the grill it was also clean when i was using it, its a very quiet location and nice for a family weekend '

'The unit was very nice and clean. Adequate for two couples. The owners were friendly and available nearby. There was nothing we needed. Just wish there was a regular coffee maker opposed to a Keurig. The outside of the building needs work, but seems to be a work in progress. Most importantly the inside was clean and comfortable. Location is perfect especially for wineries on both Lakes.'

'This is a HUGE apartment that is tastefully decorated with antiques and original artwork. I loved all the exposed brick and big windows in the master bedroom. The linens were very nice. It is conveniently located downtown and is across from City Hall and the post office. It's very easy to walk to all the downtown restaurants. 'This little house is cute, and has some charm. There is plenty of space for 4 people for your trip, and for quick breakfasts and lunches it has everything you need kitchen wise. It is in excellent walking distance to the downtown and it feels very safe in the area. The house could definitely stand to get a few updates and the main issue is the cleaning. It smells musty when you first walk in. While main surfaces were clean, things like the fans and the tops of doors were absolutely caked in...

'This property is very clean and nicely decorated. As soon as you enter you'll feel at home. Plenty of space for three couples and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is great for the west side of Seneca Lake, just about half way up the lake. We will definitely be back.'

'The location of the apartment was great. Great central location for all Seneca lake activities and winery visits. The apartment was so well thought out as a vacation rental stocked with everything you may need in the kitchen to staples you may forget in traveling. It was an amazing balance between history and modern amenities. Decorated so tastefully. Really enjoyed our stay.'

'We stayed during the off season (April) and loved the location of this place to some of our favorite wineries! It's also a quick trip into Watkins Glen. The place itself was quirky with a fully stocked kitchen and clean bathroom. We saw the owners a few times and they are incredibly friendly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Other reviews complained about the beds but we didn't mind them at all. The living space was perfect for our two kids to play.'

'Check in was very easy, I was given a code to a lockbox. I overpacked assuming it would be a little more rustic, turns out it has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Cottage, grounds, and hot tub were clean and inviting. We were there very early spring before the leaves grew on the trees and the view was incredible! There’s a nice hiking trail a mile down the road, and water access directly across the street. This place exceeded my expectations all around! Book it!'
