'In dit hotel kun je het gevoel krijgen volledig onzichtbaar te zijn. Je betaalt behoorlijk wat, maar je krijgt er niet die service voor terug die verwacht mag worden. Het is een beetje een 'nieuw rijken' sfeer. Daarom ook luidruchtiger en op bepaalde punten platvloerser dan wij in ieder geval verwacht hadden.'

'The lobby looks good, but don't let it fool you. Our room looked old and worn out and was very cold. It din't warm up even after turning on the heating ( it was 93 degrees outside) The sheets were damp and the smell of mold kept me up all night. When we checked out a day early, the receptionist didn't ask why the only thing she asked was, if I was aware of the early check-out penalty! I was very dissapointed with this hotel, had high hopes for it when I booked it.'

'Location is very convenient downtown Boca. Easy parking and access from garage into hotel if you have the roomkey. Breakfast included, its not exceptional but it is good enough if you stay longer. Staff is friendly but there could be some improvements since some staffmembers are slow. Bathrooms should be renovated, they are 7 years old and need renovation. Housekeeping is not good enough, they forget cleaning our room a few times (4) during our stay. We complained but the issue was not solved...

'I received a text from the front desk, asking if I’m satisfied with the room, made me feel very welcomed here. As for the room, it is a bit old but clean and serves its purpose well. Nastassia at the front desk was incredibly friendly and gave me some great dinner recommendations. There’s also a beautiful lake in the backyard for a scenic walk.'

'The house keepers leave a filmy residue on the floors after cleaning and most of their couches have stains and surface residue stains that are disgusting and show me the couches are never steam cleaned.
