Très bon hôtel, le personnel est sympas Les piscine sont top. Prévoir un peu d’attente dans les restaurants avant d’être servis.

Ayant réservé un bungalow, c’était horrible… le ménage n’est jamais fait, après plusieurs réclamations à la réception on a eu une seule fois le ménage fait durant un séjour de 13 jours…

the hotel facilities were good, my room was spacious with partial sea view -the water inside toilet is very good ☺ - -the food is very bad, no varieties in food, they serve same appetizers and salad for couple of days main course is very limited and not tasty. in regards to drinks (for example i don't drink Alcohol, although only local ones are available so mostly i take Mojito which is the same not tasty ,most of the time they make it in a hurry because of the volume of people which affect the quality) -Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, although some were rude, the manager is not helpful in terms of special requests

Dear Guest, First of all thank you very much that you have taken the time to share your experience concerning your last stay with us fairly. We are extremely committed to deliver the perfect vacation experience for each guest and stay a successful resort with all guest satisfaction; we are truly sorry, that we didn't accomplish this for you during your stay. Our main restaurant have got meals included 2 kinds of soup, 12 kinds of hot main course, huge choice of cold buffet, salads and starters, apart from this we have two different barbeque every evening, which assortment also changing every day. Most of the food is prepared right in front of guests, as it is meat or fish on grill, Turkish pizza, 6 hot dishes which are prepared outside of restaurant right on spot: pasta, fries, onion rings, meat or chicken fried with vegetables etc. On top of it we have 12 hot dishes on hot buffet inside of the restaurant. Since our hotel is in the concept of a family hotel, we try to take the necessary measures so that our guests can have a pleasant holiday. One of these measures is not to take only men's accommodation in our hotel. For this reason, our manager could not help you for your requests We do hope we will have an opportunity in the future to change your impression about our hotel and we are looking forward to see you again at Bodrum Holiday Resort & Spa.
