'Absolutely amazing place to stay. Ten minutes from the front and town. Loads to do on the south coast. And the holiday let it’s self well what can I say but it’s perfect. Set on top of a hill with views for miles, quiet even though a working farm. Pigs and chickens to make you smile. Beautiful cottage with everything you may need, stunningly decorated and maintained! 10/10! Couldn’t recommend any higher. A MUST STAY!!!!'

It was a really safe enclosure with lots for him to do ( especially the trampoline) The house was within walking distance to East Preston beach which is a lovely little pebble beach that was never busy. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance in the village ( shops, cafes etc) The house is really nice and well equipped. 'Absolutely loved the house! Truly beautiful property in a great location with great attention to detail that has been lovingly crafted. The location is wonderful, a few minutes to the beach. One night in this property and you’ll be captured by it’s spell! It’s wonderful! Lou was very helpful and the house has everything you need. There were 16 of us, all rooms are en suite so no queuing for a shower ha ha!! We will be back one day! Thank you for a great stay!'

'We had a lovely stay in the cottage. The communication with the owner was excellent. She really went out of her way to make things as pleasant as could be, the kindest person you can think of. The cottage was large, there was a nice garden, our dog could roam free, and played with the dog of the owner. Nice bath facilities. One of the nicest stays we ever had, due to the people who run it!'

'We (my wife Machteld, our Tollerdog Auke and I, Lieuwe) had a good time in Patching (West-Sussex) in one of the French Cottages. Except for the shower who did not work, we had almost everything we needed. Especially the beds are very comfortable. Sara is a very good host and is able to tell you a lot about the local and regional history and about the places you can visit!!'

'Though the property was what we wanted. Phoned agent on arrival, it was obvious the property had not been checked after cleaners. Rubbish left, dishwasher full contents gone mildew. TV kept switching itself off. Though these were dealt with once reported it was a task I felt I should not have had to deal with on arrival.'

'A beautiful, modern furnished studio flat. Open plan kitchen, and uncluttered quite spacious and very bright sunny lounge area. Separate bedroom with large comfortable bed with fresh white linen. Very nice bathroom with large double shower. French windows on to a very private patio area. Carole and Tim are perfect hosts. Always ready to help but never intrusive.
