Een geweldig begin van onze reis in dit mooie hotel. De entree is indrukwekkend en we zijn fijn geholpen door Eko van de receptie. Kamer is schoon en licht. Mooi zwembad en een ontbijt met bijna te veel keuze.

Zeer goed hotel met dito personeel. ook voor kinderen een heel mooi verblijf vanwege de buiten zwembaden en prachtig park. De tuinen van Bogor is wat op afstand maar met een tranfer een fijne beleving. Kombineer met een transfer naar Bandoeg via de Puntjak is een super beleving.

Prachtige tuin; gevangenis zonder eigen transport
Een hotel met een prachtige tuin maar ver weg van de bewoonde wereld. Er is GEEN shuttle bus naar Bogor (alleen om 10.00; 14.00 en 16.00 uur is er een busje dat je naar het Botanic Square brengt). Zonder eigen transport is dit Hotel een gevangenis in een prachtige natuur. In de kamer had ik last van mieren inbed(prikten niet) en elke ochtend was er een ware begraafplaats van kleine vliegjes op de vensterbank. Je bent in the jungle zoals iemand mij mededeelde. Alles in het hotel qua eten en drinken is erg prijzig (je kunt geen kant op namelijk)

This hotel is old and dated. Roofs everywhere were leaking, the rooms were old, mouldy and in desperate need of repair. The breakfast buffet was very ordinary and unhygienic. Price was also very expensive for what was offered.

- The pool and gym are amazing. - The staff are very attentive, always smiling and willing to help. - Room service was acceptable. - The rooms and furniture are a bit old and outdated. - I had some issue with my room keys. However, staff helped me immediately. 2 out of 3 times were me not being very familiar with how the keys work in certain circumstances. Once there was a faulty key.

The room conditions are collapsing, very disappointed to see the renovation of the reception which was very beautiful, but the room is so bad, staff training is also down, overall bad experience.

The location is quiet which is good, staff was friendly. Food was very standard. But the rooms are a bit run down, our room cupboard was broken below the sink, the fridge also leakes water on our last night. The internet connection was bad since our check in, couldnt use wifi and We stayed for 2 nights.

Serene surroundings. But a busy hotel - breakfast was a bit of a bun fight as staff struggled to replenish the buffet - ended up having to sit in the smoking section. Pleasant Italian restaurant in the hotel. Found the rooms dark and the shower and tap water was never piping hot. The gym is in an attractive, separate building, arrived at night and nearly fell into water on the way to it as the pathways are poorly lit. Lack of towels in the gym, no signing in book and one of the two running machines was dangerous (the track kept stuttering). Having said all that, I would stay there again.

I am aware that Novotel Bogor is an old property, but I did not expect it is THAT old! Furniture is old and look dirty (especially dinning chair at restaurant) ... It is obvious that the property is not well-maintain. Looking for relaxing and tranquil ambiance for my precious weekend but did not get it because many families with children around. Pool and restaurant staff did not response well to guest needs. Overall, this property is not qualified as one of Accor's Hotel property. And not worth the money.

The Bogor Novotel is a magical escape from the crowds of Jakarta. Food is excellent, the buildings are traditional and gracious, the staff is caring and the gardens are glorious. We loved seeing young families enjoying Sunday breakfast and outdoor activities. Airport transportation was great. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a Jakarta retreat,

Fasilitas lengkap sekali (pool, playground for kids indoor - outdoor, fitness, courts, open area, horse riding, animal feeding), dan acara hiburan untuk anak2nya juga banyak. Jd yg bawa toddler - anak usia sekolah, mereka senang krn banyak kegiatan yg fun. Para staff sec keseluruhan juga sopan, santun, penuh senyum (tetima kasih ya mba Okke di receptionis yg ramah, mba Putri, Febri, dan April para kids attendant yg baik & seru, dan para bapak2 bell boy yg helpfull). Namun sayangnya krn bagian depan hotel dlm renovasi, pemandangan depan jd kotor, berantakan dan jalanan byk berlubang (kubangan air krn hujan).
