B&B in Bolivia

'We had a great room, very comfortabel with a good bed. comfortabel chairs, a little table and a clean bathroom with hot water. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. One girl spoke very good English. Despite a heater, it was sometimes cold in the room. But we had enough blankets.'

'First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused. Now they are also keeping my money $189 for 2 nights. Lesson learned, don't frequent this hotel. We decided to stay in Isla de Sol instead after a last-minute hotel scramble. It was...

'Ótima vista do quarto e do terraço, banho quente. Quarto aconchegante com ótima vusta do Titicaca. Cafe da manhã bom, normal pros padrões da Bolívia. Hotel em boa localização (não fica no centro do vilarejo). Custo X Benefício não vale... Tem vários hotéis mais baratos por lá e o custo do restaurantes deles é bem superior a outros no centro da cidade (acabamos não almoçando no hotel) '

'Foto's op Expedia komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Kamer is ontzettend koud en slecht onderhouden. Lampen werken niet. Niet duidelijk aangegeven dat badkamer gedeeld is. Douche is extreem heet en gevaarlijk. Elektriciteitskabels van boiler hangen kapot open en bloot in de douche. Op de foto's is een goed ontbijtbuffet te zien, maar niets is minder waar. Je krijgt een droog wit broodje en een half roerei, that's it. Geen drinken of beleg. Advertentie op Expedia is dus ontzettend...

We arrive for check but there wasn’t anybody,we contacted the owner trough WhatsApp he replied that he don’t have any bookings for today then we send him confirmation but he told us that he don’t use this platform and he don’t have any available room for us.This happened between 16:00-17:00 so We end up in the situation when we have to find new place for 4 nights plus Taxi plus stress plus extra costs'
