Gorgeous pool
Lovely stay with a beautiful clear pool which made us very lazy & not leave the cottage as much as we should . Very tasteful decor & beautiful linens . Could have done with some inside info on Beach parking & nice restaurants - but we managed. Felt very relaxed & charmed here & really glad we came !

Boathouse review
We had a wonderful 12 day stay. The property is accurately described, very clean and the location is great - close to the beach and to Tamiami so you can get where you need to go quickly. We enjoyed the pool and the kitchen is fully stocked. The neighborhood is very quiet as well, so sleeping was never a problem. We will be back.

Much nicer home than we expected!
We had the most wonderful stay in the Boat House. Communication with the owner was pleasant and prompt. It was a home away from home for us. I slept better there as I do at home. Wonderful mattress. Supermarket and Restaurants are just a few blocks away whilst this home is nested in a quiet beach neighborhood. The beach was much closer than we thought and watching the sunset at Doc's Beachhouse is a tip I'd like to pass in to future travelers. Beach chairs, umbrella & cooler are there which was a major plus for this home. Even tough we didn't cook. Everything is there... WOW! We'll be back and will recommend this rental to friends & family.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation
We booked this beautiful house for our thanksgiving family vacation. It was everything they said it was and more. The house it’s self was welcoming and extremely comfortable. We had a few hiccups but the owners we very speedy I mean like if I messaged them they were extremely quick to respond! The neighborhood was cute and quiet. A lot of things we easy to walk to we did Uber a few times which were very affordable. I hope this becomes an annual vacation for our family!! The mini safari golf was a blast even our teenaged daughter had fun!! So many Good restaurants as well!!!

What a wonder holiday we had in Bonita Springs. Property was just as per pictures and the location was perfect with lots to do for all ages. The pool was lovely and the villa had everything we needed and loads of space for a family of 5. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible experience!
Our stay in Bonita Springs was awesome! The home was in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but was a short drive to multiple great beaches and state parks. The home was also nearby many shops and several shopping centers. The house and grounds alike were decorated beautifully, and the pool was great! Cleanliness was 10/10, and it was great to have an abundance of linens to use. Everything you would need for cooking was present. And the host had every beach toy, chairs, umbrellas and even several nice bikes to use. The host was friendly and easy to work with during our stay. We look forward to coming back and checking out another property managed by the host. Thanks!

Everything you need for your vacation is included at The Boat House! I would definitely recommend and return for another visit. Super clean and well kept. Located about 30minutes from Naples while having everything imaginable located within 5minutes from the house. Shopping,beaches,churches and food choices for miles! Beautiful home, great property manager, would definitely stay again!
My husband, two children (ages 11 and 8) and I stayed here last week and I was so impressed. Marion was so communicative leading up to and throughout our stay. The property was well kept - very clean, exactly like the pictures, the beds and bedding were so comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this house and would absolutely stay here again! We all loved the pool as well! You won't regret booking this property!

This property is absolutely beautiful!! The house is superb, very clean and very comfortable!! The pool is beautiful!! While my grandson and I were visiting the pool service came to clean the pool…the pool is as clean as the house. Marion and her husband were so wonderful to work with!! Always available to answer any questions. We definitely will be back…..maybe even try one of their other properties….this one was so wonderful maybe just return here😍. The location is convenient for the beach airport and we even made it to a water park nearby and did some miniature golfing.

Wonderful experience in Bonita Springs
We plan a yearly Beach trip with our friends, and this property was by far one of the best places we have stayed! The kitchen is very well stocked and there are plenty of beach chairs and supplies. The location and convenience to beaches, shopping and restaurants made this house a great choice. The pool was fabulous and refreshing. We are looking forward to our next stay! Would love to stay in this beautiful home again!

Lovely Stay! Incredible Host!
My husband and I rented this beach cottage for four weeks. This is the first time we have rented a VRBO listing for more than a one week stay. I therefore had some anxiety since there was no turning back if I didn't love it. My fears were unnecessary however, since this house is really perfect for a warm weather extended stay. The house's finest feature is its host, Marion. Marion is the most engaged host I have ever encountered. When you rent a place for a month, it is inevitable that there will be questions or requests during your stay. Marion always responded quickly and if something needed to be replaced or fixed, it was completed the SAME DAY! We were truly impressed by her professionalism and dedication. She wants everything to be right for her guests and she makes sure of it! We truly feel so grateful to her for making our first extended VRBO vacation so easy and relaxed. The house itself is maintained very well. It has a warm cottage feel and we were very comfortable. The mattresses were comfortable as well. The cleaning was excellent. I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and I was happy to see that not only were the surfaces clean, but the inside of cabinets were as well. The heated pool was a delight. The temperature was just right and we enjoyed time in the pool every single day of our stay. Thanks again to Marion for a great stay!

We had never stayed in the Bonita Springs area before. The location of the house is great. As time goes on Bonita Beaches will be opened. We had to adjust our beach location. What made up for that was the wonderful pool in the backyard. The saltwater pool was great.

Tranquil relaxation!
The white calming beach decor is so calming and peaceful. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. Lots of space. Clean! Loved the privacy the landscaping provides for the pool, my kids 15 & 10 spent hours swimming. Nice quiet neighborhood close to several beaches, restaurants, shopping and activities. I was worried with our trip being 3 weeks post Hurricane Ian, Marion reached out right away to assure the house was in perfect condition and good to go. Marion was always quick to answer questions. Super close to Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach (5 minute drive). We had an amazing time and will definitely stay here or at one of the host's other properties again!

Jederzeit wieder!
Wir haben eine perfekte Woche in Bonita Springs verbracht. Wie das „White cottage“ ist auch das „Boathouse“ sehr individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Nachbarschaft ist gepflegt und ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen, vielleicht aber auch in eins der anderen Häuser der Familie Berg.

Quick trip away
My husband took a quick trip while our kids were at camp. We worked and played. The house was immaculate and absolutely perfectly decorated. The pool was terrific and a nice treat between calls. Close to all of the stores, restaurants, and beaches. Also, it had all of the beach and pool stuff you could possibly need. Highly recommend!!! We would stay here with our kids! My only (very) minor complaint would be no access to the garage for the car in 90+ degree weather and rain. Again. 5 stars!!

Went for 11 nights with my wife and 2 young girls (4 + 6) and we all had a wonderful time at the cottage.. open planned so we all felt very involved all the time and just had a really nice feel to the place and the area is very quiet but close enough to all you need. Very clean! Im very hesitant about staying at a place because of worrying about clean bedding and towels. They did everything right. Perfect for a family of four with 2 kids. Our kids loved the pool!!! Plenty of pool toys and floaters for the kids. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and containers for leftovers. We did not have any issues while we were there. We definitely will be staying at one of her properties again in the near future!! I have already recommended this property to a friend of mine. We also loved the location. Everything was near by. Book today! You won’t regret it!!!

We traveled to this home for my sons first vacation, 3 adults and one child. We had plenty of space, plus some. This home is absolutely amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s so welcoming & decorated so nicely. The pool is perfect & private. The home has everything you’ll need, including any & everything for the beach, beach towels, extra blankets/pillows etc. We traveled with our 1.5 year old & having the crib was so nice! The drive to the beach is short & the views on barefoot beach blvd are one of a kind. The beach is absolutely gorgeous & has tons of shells. The neighborhood is quiet & super close to the grocery store, souvenir shop & more. We talked all week at how wonderful everything was. We had no issues our entire trip! We were sad to leave. We would all recommend this home to anyone & would book again!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The pool provided entertainment for our 7 and 5 year old and there were toys for our 1.5 year old. The crib was a great addition to the stay so we didn’t have to travel with a pack and play. Lots of Beach items to use which was helpful. Great beaches within 5-15 minute drives. Stroller was clutch. Bikes were great. Everything was thought of for families for this property. We had a blast!

The Boat House - Bonita Springs
This is our 2nd year staying at, The Boat House, and still love everything about this property. Our family of 4 has enough room to spread out and enjoy the well decorated and comfortable house. The backyard gives us a great mix of covered area and provides nice privacy with the tall landscaping. No need to pack beach equipment, this house is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand shovels and buckets. The location of this house is perfect, for restaurants, entertainment, beaches and most importantly ice cream shops. Marion is great host and easy to connect with. The Bonita Springs Boat House is a great place to make lasting memories.
