Best Place
We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home but it is well screened by a fence.

Family Stay in Bonita Springs
Our stay in Bonita Springs between the holidays was the perfect get away. The house was even more beautiful in person that in the pictures. It was extremely clean; the beds were comfortable with nice pillows. The heater pool was perfect for our evening family swims. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Susanne replied quickly to our questions and was accommodating to our requests. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Construction in the back of the house
Very clean. Easy communication with very pleasant owners. Well stocked. Would have give 5 star but we were taken aback by the construction in the back of the house going on for a new development. Heavy equipment laying drainage which started at 7:15 am. Along with a compressor going 24/7 to drain water. Could not use beautiful pool or outdoor space the week we were there. Owners did refund what we paid to heat thr pool though. Very disappointed we were not told of this going on. We book March 2023.

So sorry you experienced a lot of rain and cold during your stay and were not able to use the pool. That's why we reimbursed the prepaid pool heater. I know it´s frustrating when you travel to Florida and expect beautiful sunshine. The construction that was going on during your stay was the new Bonita Springs stormwater improvement project which will protect the area from flooding when finished early 2024. Due to the heavy rain they needed to run some pumps in the area behind our house. So sorry, we can't change the weather although we would love to. The guest who stayed after you gave us a 5 star review and mentioned the quiet neighborhood. Susanne

My family and I stayed here from Thursday to Sunday. We absolutely loved it there. The house was beautiful and the pool was just as great. The house is close to everything and just a 15 minute ride to the beach. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Spacious and relaxing!
This home is located in a residential neighborhood not far from Old 41. Easy access to many things. Short drive to the beach. The pool was fabulous. Sunset from there at night was particularly intriguing. There are quite a few "living" areas in the home and outside. The kitchen was well-supplied. Lots of gadgets. The bed in the orange bedroom was better than mine at home. Wish I knew what was on it to make it so comfortable. Use of the garage on a hot day was great. Really enjoyed the quiet and generous space!

Casa Caruso is a beautiful large home with pool in Bonita Springs. The neighbourhood is quiet and the backyard is private. Everything needed is a close drive including Barefoot Beach. Susanne and Sigi work hard to ensure everything is perfect - thanks so much for a month of wonderful memories!

Christmas Getaway
This home was perfect for our Christmas vacation in Florida. We loved the decor, everyone’s room had interesting art and colorful designs. The kitchen was stocked with everything weneeded to prepare, cook,bake, and grill our holiday meals. Having plenty of beach towels and beach chairs and pool toys to enjoy the pool or the beaches was nice. The owners had the cutest Christmas tree and some decorations that we enjoyed. It’s in a nice neighborhood and it’s very clean. The sunsets are very pretty! I would recomenend this home to my family or friends if looking in this area 👍🏼😎

What a great place in Bonita Springs. From the moment we walked in the house to the attention from the host, everything screamed "Welcome!" I would definitely recommend this place! We had access to a ton of restaurants too!

Nice get away beds are very comfy
Great house. We just couldn’t find 1 can opener Which was a bummer. The paper goods were limited (two trash bags under sink , no napkins at all, 1 roll of paper towel) I would expect there should be amble supplies of those daily items. But otherwise nice holiday there.

So sorry you didn’t call. We offer two can openers in the house. Both were in different drawers when we checked. One from Kitchen Aid (black) and one from Germany (white) which works in a different way. Glad you enjoyed your trip anyway.

Fun Girls Getaway
This was a girls trip for 3 ladies in our 50's and we stayed for 6 nights. The house itself was very lovely, especially the design details. It was astatically pleasing, along with being well laid out. We loved that there were king beds in the 2 guest rooms (there was a 4th room with a futon) The pool and pool area were amazing. Many nights relaxing just sitting on the lani talking, laughing and catching up. There are many restaurants and shopping in under a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend for your next stay.

Perfect in Paradise
I had to find a place to stay while I cleaned up my home damaged by Hurricane Ian and found a perfect, relaxing home to take the stress and edge away from the storm. There is a big swimming pool in back with a great view of the sunset. The home is immaculate, quiet, very roomy and in a very convenient location. The hosts were great and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Excellent vacation rental
10 minutes from a lot of restaurants. 15-20 minutes from multiple beaches. Quiet and private. Kids loved the pool and the interior design was quite nice. Overall we had an excellent stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others looking to spend some down time in SW FL.

EVERYTHING AND MORE!
This rental is exactly as pictured and described, actually even better. Coming from Pittsburgh we were limited on what we could pack. So it was nice to arrive and have everything we needed (minus groceries and our essentials). The house is so much bigger than I anticipated. We had four adults and two kids and had PLENTY of privacy and space. You forget that you even have any neighbors, it’s like your own oasis. We are already talking about booking next year. We spent most of our time at the pool, which is amazing. The outdoor area is just to die for. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. We can’t wait to come back! One thing I would recommend is maybe some children’s toys or puzzles for inside the house, but not really a necessity!! The pool keeps them quite occupied! But if you are traveling with children you may want to bring just a few of their favorite small toys.

Bonita Springs Beauty
This is a beautiful home and is well equipped with all you need for your stay. The next-door neighbor is available to assist with any concerns you may have. My wife and I stayed in the home along with children and grandchildren, The grandkids had a wonderful time in the 87 degree swimming pool. I would recommend this house as a fine place to stay.

Fabulous Family-Friendly Rental
This house is beautiful and even nicer than in the pics. The tasteful and well thought out decor really complements the home's open concept living. I hosted a small family 40th birthday getaway for my husband and he loved it. The whole family did!! Susanne and Ziggy's attention detail is bar none and that also goes for their response to questions or concerns. If you have a toddler like I do, you can feel comfortable in some of their extras like a travel crib, highchair and car seat. The bedrooms are of a good size and the beds are super comfortable! You'll fall in love with the kitchen that is more than fully stocked, as in nespresso coffe machine, platters, 20 different knives, straws, spices galore and even beautifully designed chopped sticks. They even have a full cocktail equipment conveniently located in the family room. We found where the sound system was located and enjoyed theirr high quality built in speakers piped throughout the house. The pool area was one of our favorite since the seating is plentiful and well appointed. The salt water pool was a smash with our toddler even though it was a bit chillier than expected with the rains cooling off the pool. It had plenty of room for the six adults that stayed in the house and no one felt crowded. It was by far the best rental we have ever stayed in. Now if only they were water side...thatcwould be perfection.
