Not worth the money and too highly rated on sites!
Rude at the reception at check in. Asked for extra fee for a child even if 3 included child is stated ! Rubbish around and especially outside bungalow. Terrible breakfast. I send complaint to hotels.com but after 1 week they haven't replied !

The staff at the front desk were wonderful people. But staying in the room was awful. They thought it was okay to work right outside the window where my bed was from morning until early evening. They literally hammered, sawed, talked, and whatever else the whole day without regard to customer privacy. I'd spend more money for a different place if I ever came back.

첫 자유여행 패캐지와 틀리게 가보지않은곳에대한 기대감 설래임 불안감 비치와 너무가까워좋았고요 직원분들 참좋았어요 필리핀분들 느리다고하는데 여기분들은 말하면 바로바로 해주시는데 정말 써비스좋았어요 이쁘기위해 놓아둔 야자수들과 나무때문인지 모기와 벌래가 좀많았어요 저는 모기가 너무싫어서 모기약을 달래서 여행내내 방에두고 나올때마다뿌렸어요 모기장을 좀확실하게 해주셨으면해요^^ 시설은 좀오래되보였지만 내츄럴하고 저는갠찮았어요

Great location (beachfront). Attentive and courteous staff. The Garden Suite I've stayed at is nice & spacious though some parts of the room would be great if they fixed (wooden window frame at the bathroom is disintegrating). Mosquitos can be quite pesky though they had a bottle of insect spray on hand.

Upon checking the staff were amazing but the room condition is not sooo relaxing.Literally had so many bugs and ants crawling the entire area from the Masters room to the bathroom and living room.Plus it was ever the first stay that room has no TV at all.It wasnt a pleasant stay at all for my for me and family plus it is not a soundproof place at all.You can definitely here everyone's screaming and noise under the room.Food was okay,but overall the place needs renovation and proper maintenance.our son had literally lots of bites from the bugs.We would never come back in this resort again.Better go to Bigger names hotel because it's worth paying an extra when you are in Boracay you need to relax not to be concerned about the room or place.I will not recommend this resort to our friends at all!

화이트비치 바로 앞에있어 해변 접근성은 매우 좋음. 반면 시설은 생긴지 좀 오래 되어서 뛰어나지는 않지만 그냥 가격대비 숙박하기는 나쁘지 않아요. 한방에 남자3명이 머물렀으나 3명이 머물기에 충분한 공간이였음.

Good location, near dmall and station 1. Situated beside Hennan and The District Boracay. Room is outdated and full of ants and mosquitoes. No phone or intercom to contact front desk or housekeeping. Uncomfy beds and pillows. Breakfast is plated and relatively ample. Shakes and ice blended juices taste like roaches (must be their blender). Better get bottled water, or canned drinks. Like that they provide beach towels aside from bath towels.

Great location right in the middle of it all. Free breakfast, great staff. We stayed in a separate bungalow. It was roomy and had a great porch with a hammock and two chairs. The bungalow was dated but the character outweighs everything else. There are newer rooms on the property and more luxurious but we preferred the bungalow.

스탠다드 방갈로는 방이 꼭 리모델링이 필요한거같아요! 돈 더들여서 좋은 방 가세요!! 숙소위치는 진짜 최고였는데 방갈로 방 너무 아쉬워요.. 헤어드라이기 없답니다 그리고 정부허가 DOT 숙소 목록에 없으니까 여행 첫날에 이 숙소는 보라카이 섬에 못들어가실수도 있어요 !! 직원분들은 엄청 친절해요

Bungalows corrects s ils etaient 2 fois moins cher. Ils ont une sorte d atelier ou ils font de la soudure et de la meuleuse des 7h00 du matin alors que les bungalows n ont aucuine insonorisation. Donc tres bruyant le jour et la nuit ou chaque couple qui rentre vous reveille...

Staff are very friendly and accomodating. I came early and they allowed me to check in early with no additional charges. I like their hut style rooms and it added some touch with my vacation. The hut is old but decent, only if they could fix the floorings, bathroom sink and toilet and shower, then it will be great. Intermittent hot shower which I don't mind during the day but at night, I needed it more. Over all, highly recommended, because of the staffs and location.

Pratique mais...
Le personnel est au petit soin dans ce resort, toujours le sourire et prêt à vous rendre service. Cependant Nous avions choisi l’option bungalow et nous nous attendions à un peu mieux ... sur les photos la parti bungalow semble plus verte, plus locale et plus neuve hors ce n’est pas le cas. Il ya de la végétation mais pas énormément, il fait tres sombre à l’intérieur, et il faudrait rafraîchir un peu au niveau du sol et des murs. Notre wifi n’a jamais fonctionné de notre séjour même si nous venions chaque jour à la réception nous en plaindre et la pression de la douche était quasi toujours insuffisante. Les bungalows sont équipés d’un coffre fort, d’un petit frigo, d’une terrasse avec chaises longues/hamac et d’une clim fonctionnelle ce qui est très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon ( si vous aimez les petits déjeuners à la Philippines, cad salé). La localisation du resort est parfaite, au milieu de tout mais au calme. Attention, il nya pas de piscine même si internet peut vous laisser croire le contraire.

They had a construction going next to our bedroom and we were force to awake up around 8am with sounds of hammers and saw. Shower head wasn’t working properly and we reported it but nothing changed. Call front desk and ask them if we can talk to manager and they said manager is busy, I ask them if they can come and tell is how we are supposed to get sleep with construction sounds but nobody showed up to help. Overall very bad experience.

Pay Attention to your room Selection
Watch your room selection. The Bungalows are very old and not in the best shape. They remind me of a summer cabin in the woods of Maine. Not well built originally, and showing their age. You could see light between the door frame and wall. (not between the door and frame) so bugs have easy entry to the room. I complained and they happily switched me to a non bungalow room, so they did great there. Hotel has a great beach location, but only a few rooms have that view. All others face an alley or a courtyard that needs a serious upgrade. Overall, i would stay here again, just be aware what room you select.

너무 만족합니다.
위치는 최고입니다. 화이트비치 바로 앞에 있으며, 디몰과 거리는 걸어서 3분이내, 숙소 바로 앞에는 세븐일레븐이 있고, 왼쪽으로 조금만 가면 스타벅스와 식당들 , 화이트비치 앞의 바들이 있습니다. 특히 매니져 Angelyn을 포함한 직원 모두가 매우 친절해서 7월과 9월. 두번 방문했을때 매우 만족했습니다. 같이간 친구들도 무척 좋아했구요~ 특히 저희가 묵었던 S1(Sea view with balcony) 방의 전망과 룸 컨디션 매우 좋았습니다. 다시 가도 또 이용할거예요^^

Not worth the price
Hot water is not existent, Luke warm at best. Area outside hotel looks awful, WiFi is bad. Beach is just outside so that was nice, overall I would not stay here again.
