Dear Mr Irene,Thank you for taking time to share your experience at Yndo Hotel. In the afternoon as we wanted to clean the room, you didn not let us and you asked just for extra towels . Although you informed us to clean the room in the evening but you put( DO NOT DISTURB) sign behind the door, we did not have permission to enter the room. We use the linen bed sheets in the room that you stayed and if it was not soft enough we apologize. we have plenty of parking slots at the hotel and we choose each parking lot according to the size of the Guest's car. We will be happy to welcome you at your further stay in Bordeaux. See you soon ! Yndo Team
