1st - arcade was closed 2nd - hottub was closed with (sorry for inconvenience sign) 3rd - room smelled like pee. One of the toddler beds as well as by the AC unit. 4th - When trying to air out the smell from the room, opening the back smelled like smoke from people smoking on the patios. 5th - toilet wouldnt flush properly. Handle sticks. Sometimes didnt flush or would get stuck down so it would run all night (noisy) 6th - advertisement of starbucks in lobby. Limited menu, sandwiches were microwaved and hard. Would not stay here again for what was paid.

My reservation was supposedly not showing up It took almost 30 minutes to check in and then they weren’t able to give me a room with a king bed so i had to stay in a double, It was very inconvenient since i had made the reservation weeks in advance I’ve used Expedia many times and never had an issue but lately it’s been nothing but problems

Not the usual standards of a Hilton. Old and rundown furniture and rugs in rooms, dirty windows. Waitstaff at dinner time was very un-enthusiastic to say the least. Food at breakfast, especially my omelet, was the worst...couldn't eat it.

The pool was closed because someone vomitted and no one was as on staff to clean it. Due to April break the park rate increase and no discount was offered to guest. Also, the hotel on the first and second floor reeked of cigarette smoke while little children ran around unsupervised. The clerk at the front desk never sent the additional towels we requested because while the pool was opened before it was closed the pool area ran out of towels. It was a such a crap show and I am never going to stay at this hotel EVER again.

Other than the pool being closed for 2 days, we caught a cleaning person inside our room as we were walking outside the elevator. We distinctly said we did not need any services other than more clean towels and toiletries-we would order them and would get them delivered. The water park on Saturday was out of control as people from the water park were entering the hotel pool. The hotel pool was a disaster on Saturday. The guy at the reception table was on his phone and chatting with his friend. Everyone was allowed to enter the pool. The pool was area was a mess. Then closed for 2 days. Disappointed bc this is our go to hotel for 3 yrs in a row. I don’t think we willl be coming back to this place again.

I've been here numerous times and never had a bad experience until this stay.Nasty pool water, to many people at once in pool.Had to call multiple times for room service and still never received the items I asked for ,bad light sockets.Never received my warm chocolate chip cookies at check in! It's decent, and i was grateful that there were available. The 2 toddler beds were a cute idea! That being said, there were some things I thought could be improved. - There was no bath plug. I used my heel to keep the water in the tub to have a warm bath. - The beds were not very comfortable. - I wished they had tooth brushes and a hair brush, and some water bottles in the room. But for the last minute need, and the price and the size of the room, I am still totally grateful for the experience!

I wanted to check out 1 hour later (at 12pm) but staff at the front desk refused. Hotel was noisy and sounds from neighboring rooms kept coming the entire night.

I am not a fancy person when I am traveling, however I feel like I need to make people aware of this place. Everything beyond check in was deplorable. Pool and hot tub was way beyond capacity. Unsupervised children everywhere. Teens drinking alcohol in the hallways. Guest was extremely over served and acting inappropriate in the bar, staff actually kept buying him drinks after this?! Got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant. Felt extremely unsafe walking the halls at night. Not sure what could've made this stay worse than it was. Stay far far away from this place.
