zeer goed hotel!
Alle faciliteiten die je voor een kort of lang verblijf nodig hebt zijn aanwezig! Het is een zeer net en goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel.

Smelly!
We stayed in a one bedroom suite as we are a family of 4. Downside of these is that they are extended stay rooms and thus a bit neglected. Ours smelled of old cigarettes and curry! Horrendous! This gave us the feeling that it was dirty. That and random things like stains on the couch, a stray hair in the shower. Yuck! everything smelled. The curtains, sheets... It was horrible. I thought this especially strange as they make you sign a paper promising you will not smoke or they charge a hefty fine. Our room smelled like it was drenched in cigarette smoke since the 70's. We didn't ask for another room, and I still regret that. We were hardly there as I t was a home base for family visits. The staff were nice enough, although the guy late-night guy at check-in seemed a bit like he was on uppers or some serious red bull. And when we shortened our stay by a day, the woman at the desk seemed a bit irritated. We would not stay again.

Didn’t give me my refund back. I didn’t stay. And customer service is really terrible. They will take your money if you cancel.

I couldn't sleep all night because of some loud buzzing noise every hour! And there is minimal customer service. I arrived in the evening and had to wait 30 mins to check in on a weekday.

I don't know how much worse it can be, but I believe the local ownership of this flag's just banking upon the notion that if they're $1-5 cheaper per night vs the adjacent options, you'll still choose them, and they can squeeze operations for profit. Check-in awaited 6 mins @ desk before lady ~15' away just behind a wall (talking) came out to give key, room had no towels except one WET towel so had to go back down to get fresh ones, next night the key didn't work to enter the building ~830pm as 2ppl on staff watched me struggling for ~3mins and did not come to help until I rapped on glass, then when I got up to the room they hadn't cleaned it despite having been out of the room since 8am for a funeral/reception all day. Spare me the 'we regret' stuff, they're just running it as frugal as they can, pretty standard fare in the hotel world at the bottom. I had put the "please clean" sign on door right at 8am when I left and it was still facing that way when I returned ~13hrs later.

There were no towels in my room. Around midnight, someone was using a key to try to get in my room. They tried several times and finally got it unlocked. Luckily, I had the safety gash on or they would have been in my room. This is HIGHLU unacceptable and I will be speaking to corporate about this very dangerous situation. This hotel put me in.

Keys did not work all the time. My wife and I had to get them corrected a few times. Stopped by the front desk and asked for towels (there were none in room). They never showed up. Had to get them from front desk hours later.

I checked out at 4:50 am. No one was at the front desk. Some of the people staying there seemed like recovering drug addicts. There was a small basket with a note attached to it saying drop off room key here and a receipt will be send to the email on file. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my room key in the basket because I was afraid some will grab it and go into the room. Room number was on it. I called in hopes someone to pick up. Someone picked up and placed me on hold. After 10 mins I called back to back no answer. At 8:41am I called to ask if I was checked. To my surprise I wasn’t checked out. The gentleman on the phone said not to worry he would check me. And to have a good day. Service wasn’t the greatest.

This is an awful hotel with awful staff. I checked in the hotel at midnight only to find out my room was occupied by a guest who was not supposed to be there according to the hotel. So the staff told me there was no room for me and asked me to leave the hotel and go somewhere else. I told the staff that they took my reservation but they didn’t bother keeping my reservation. He said that was correct. No apology. He didn’t even care. It was midnight. This hotel is a complete rip off. If it happened to me, it will happen to any guests.

The staff was friendly, however, we had to ask for more linens and didn’t get them until we went downstairs. No breakfast, or even option to buy a hot meal, housekeeping didn’t come to the room to even take out the trash or change the sheets, nothing. Just as we were checking out the police arrived because someone pepper sprayed her and created a scene in hallway. Thank God that was checkout day, that girl looked high as a kite. This hotel is in a nice area so expected better.

For housekeeping service, due to our hotel is an extended stay hotel, so housekeeping service won't be provided to reservations under 7 nights booking. If you want to take out the trash, we have the trash bin in the end of each hallway. And if you want to change the sheets, you can ask the front desk to get the clean sheets.

Never had to call and request a refund to any location of stay before .What is worse they only offered half of the price for a refund .. My stay was said to be for a studio suite with a sofabed attached for a said price ..I enter location and I was told it was not available .Remained flexible and they offered a really smaller option for my group.Had no choice with a tired 3 year old needing to sleep at 9:40 pm . Along with a room that had clothes there from a previous guest , handtowel with hair on it as well as a very obvious stinky pillow . I never had issue with Expedia nor hotel stays but this one here. Not okay at all

Good afternoon,Thank you so much for providing us feedback on your most recent stay. I would like to apologize again, I was the person who checked you in last night. We do try our best to accommodate each guest as best as we can even when room types that are booked are not available on property. I offered you two studio suites when I checked you in last night and I am sorry this did not meet your expectations you and party needed. I am sorry that our room was not up to the standard that you had expected. We are constantly working on improving our overall status of our hotel and I will be adding in your concerns and comments into my meetings with my staff.
