'We waren in dit hotel met kerstmis 2014. De foto (op basis waarvan we o.a. dit hotel kozen) komt helemaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. De foto toont het drank depot (winkel) het hotel is een modern flatgebouw. GEEN van de restaurants was open. Er was GEEN huishoudelijke dienst, dus geen nieuwe handdoeken, zeep, toiletpapier en dergelijke. Vooraf een melding voor deze ongemakken zou prettig geweest zijn. Een zware tegenvaller voor zo'n dure overnachting'

'Bij incheck kreeg ik meteen een contract onder mijn neus met de regels waarvoor ik moest tekenen en werd mij duidelijk verteld dat ze geen partyhotel zijn en dat alcohol niet toegestaan is. Ik vond dit redelijk overdreven om aan een moeder en dochter (55 en 30) op deze manier te vertellen. De kamer was over het algemeen netjes, maar tot onze grote verbazing was er in de enorme keuken geen kookplaat aanwezig. Laat je dus niet misleiden door en foto's en de tekst, want er is alleen een magnetron...

Breakfast is served between 5am & 7am (bit early for us), we were delivered a nice continental breakfast on one day, so all other days we went out and got brunch. 'The property is well situated near to the city center and is well maintained. We were disappointed to find that our allocated parking space was occupied by a previous tennant's vehicle and we were then directed to a difficult to access bay. There was no physical reception and we luckily contacted the manager by phone. The property description listed "access to a pool". Never did find that! The cleaning staff were friendly and kept us well provisioned. '

'The apartment is owned by The Perfect Host and he lived up to that name. It was beautifully furnished, the en-suite was spacious, AC in all rooms and a large balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for Gladstone. And all at a very reasonable price. Well done, Ian.'
