Excellent property! Hotel and restaurant were clean and tidy. Bonus points for having so many EV chargers! Definitely will return. Highly recommend.

Staff are very friendly and helpful but I was not told that I had been allocated a disabled room, I booked a double bed room, the room given was 2 singles one had obviousely been used. I have used this hotel before and have been very happy with my stay, the booking in procedure in the centre of the restaurant is strange.

sadly only one night.....wished it was more!
a few of us stayed here for business, but sadly only one night. Wished it was longer as it is such a lovely place. New and all people very friendly. would love to return if we get to.

Excellent in all respects
Very good and very friendly. Food was excellent and I really enjoyed the stay. Slept well too - unusual for me so many thanks. Well worth the money. Excellent value.

Recently re-decorated which could be told by the fresh paint small (not unpleasant) rooms are spacious and clean and staff at the accompanying pub were super friendly

Wonderful stay here, the rooms were very tastefully decorated. The checking in processes was good, you go into the pub and go to a designated area. The staff were friendly and the manager sorted out any issues with had. Happily recommend this to anyone who needs somewhere to stay.

Staying here with family on the way back home as a halfway stop . Chosen for location price and ease of booking and stayed before at a Marston inn was very comfy . Again booking was easy and price was good . Location is great albeit I missed the entrance off the main road . Booked in easily with staff and again room well laid out and clean and comfortable. Booked a meal for the Evening at the pub. Duly sat down in a lovely pub very comfy good menu for family and kids were served by the lovely Caroline who couldn't do enough for us . Food and service were both fantastic, every meal was perfect, the buttermilk burger , tikka and pie of day beautiful!!. Would certainly visit again without a doubt. Thanks to the staff , Caroline X

The property was excellent we were recommended to it by a friend and I can endorse that.My major issue was with Expedia.I booked the hotel 3 months prior and at the last minute my circumstances changed so I needed to require 2 breakfasts to be added on to the booking and when I phoned the hotel the day before I was told there was no such booking in place and when I said it was booked through Expedia and that I had e-mails exchanged the receptionist eventually saw the booking but said it didn’t transfer to the hotel’s booking so I was extremely lucky that I’d phoned and she added it in manually

Very friendly staff. Accommodation is in a block separate from the pub. Feels like a Travelodge. At a similar price point. Bathroom dated, hit your arm on the sink as you sit on the loo. Rest of room ok.

It was a present room with good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The whole premises were very clean and in good repair. Breakfast was adequate but not kind blowing, and the self service area needed restocking with cups and milk. Overall we slept well, could park easily and we’re fed ready for our day.

I have noticed since staying here a year ago that the place is showing it’s age. In the bathroom there was a non functioning loo roll holder that hadn’t been removed in the bedroom the carpets could do with a deep clean ..not just a hoover and the windowsill was sticky. All in all it just needs some TLC Service with a smile tho and an easy checking in process too This hotel is a great asset to Brackley and hope to see standards kept up to what they were when it first opened
