Mi Casa es tu Casa
This boutique inn was the perfect little place for my wife and me as we celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary. The place was very clean. The pool/hot tub was at ideal temperatures. Beach chairs are available to use & if you need some ice for your cooler, there is complimentary ice in the upstairs freezer. Which is great as the sugary sand beaches of Bradenton Beach is a couple of blocks away.
In regards to dining, there are restaurants and bars on Bridge Street..everything closes at 10 PM. The owners of the property, Mark and Maria are very friendly and accommodating to your requests. We will definitely stay at one of their properties again.
Property/experience notes for future guests:
If you want high-quality dining I would suggest heading north up to Anna Maria Island. The Beach Bistro and The Porch I highly recommend. The restaurants on Bridge Street were not good, IMO.
At the property, the cleaning crews promptly arrive at the property and start working around 9 AM. I understand, just that nothing really opens up until 10 AM. So if you are hoping to sleep in it could be interrupted. There are wood floors throughout the residence and as quiet as the cleaning crews try to be it can be noisy. Also, if your room is above the garage, expect to hear the garage door open and close a number of times.
Lastly, like me, if you see pics of the kitchen and get excited, it is not a working kitchen & is not for cooking.
