Rest assured we have immediately replaced the batteries.- The mildew issue on the ceiling in the laundry room has also been addressed to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.- While swimming pools may occasionally experience a drop in water levels, we want to assure you that it didn't hinder the use of the pool during your stay.We take the maintenance of our property seriously. However, despite this inconvenience, our guests still had easy access through the garage, and we promptly provided them with the new entry code within one hour. -Please note that as this house is situated in a wooded area, it is not uncommon to encounter bugs. We have a reliable pest control company in place, and the fact that the guest reported finding dead bugs indicates that our efforts have been effective. If there were any live bugs, we would certainly take immediate action. We understand that sweeping away bugs may not be ideal, but it is not a significant issue that would impact your overall stay. It's worth mentioning that even hotels can occasionally encounter similar situations. -Regarding the mention of a leak in the master shower onto the basketball court, we want to clarify that this is an inaccurate statement. There is no leak present, and the shower downstairs functions perfectly fine. The house was meticulously cleaned and is in excellent condition, especially for accommodating large families. -As for the Racquetball court, it is thoroughly cleaned before each guest's arrival. However, kids coming in with dirt on their shoes can stir up dust that tends to settle in the corners of the room. Please note that this is ordinary dirt and not mold. It is common for racquetball courts to accumulate dust on the walls, which can occasionally give the appearance of mold. Rest assured, there is no mold present. We would have promptly responded and sent the cleaning team back to the home to address your concerns. We have since confirmed that this was not mold but was heavy dust brought in on shoes, we're truly sorry that this happened during your stay. - We take the accuracy of our listing seriously and advertise a pool with a thermal tub. We do not have a hot tub as an amenity, and to ensure there is no confusion for our future guests we have scheduled to have a new photoshoot that reflects the thermal tub now has a deck cover. In addition, we do provide a skimmer for the pool as sometimes bugs can make their way into the pool after it has been cleaned due to the location of the property. - We strive to be transparent at every stage of the booking process, so all rates and fees are broken down for travelers before they confirm their reservation. - We have never had this complaint before, the "hole" you referenced is a viewing window and is very high on the wall, so it presents no risk to small children.
