We had a great stay. The location was wonderful and the condo was clean. We had a bit of difficulty getting the showers adjusted to a comfortable temp and the coffee pot was really slow but otherwise it was a terrific place to stay.

What a gem!
We just got back from our Branson vacation and I wanted to make sure to leave Chris and his rental the 5 star review they deserve. I am someone who likes to go on vacation but who doesn't enjoy staying somewhere I am unfamiliar with. But I have to say, Chris thought of every detail and every accommodation. We only had to go to the grocery store to buy food. Everything else what at the rental. The kids had a great time playing tennis and fishing. And we had plenty of room to lounge and chill on the one evening it stormed. The location is close to all of the Branson entertainment and Chris was amazing to correspond with. If we ever make another trip to Branson, I wouldn't hesitate booking this awesome Holiday Hills condo.again. And if you are debating about where to stay, this is the place to be.

We were very impressed with the condo and the resort complex. Everything was very clean, updated and comfortable. The walkout patio was nice and convenient; the unit was equipped with everything we needed. Chris, the host, was helpful and accommodating.

This is our second Christmas we have stayed here. We absolutely love it. The master bed is so comfortable that I don’t want to come home! The owner has such great communication and is readily available for any questions. Highly recommend!

The actual property itself is a bit dated, however, they are in the midst of renovation, or so it appears. Specifically regarding the condo unit, it is somewhat newly renovated. It has all the amenities you need for an easy stay. It is clean and offers a safe cozy feel. The property manager/host for this stay went beyond the norm to ensure we were checked-in, content and satisfied with our stay. Would recommend and would also return for a short stay.

So nice to be able to bring our fur babies!
Perfect place for me, my husband, teenage granddaughter and fur babies. You never know what conditions you'll get when they allow pets, but this place was very well appointed and clean. It was nice to be able to walk our dogs right out the sliding glass doors. The master bed was really comfortable; so much so I'm looking for the same mattress now for my house. You really can't beat the location for proximity to Branson attractions. You're a few minutes' drive to the Landing or the Strip. There are a few stores located directly across the street within walking distance if you prefer. The owner is super responsive, even when I could have found the answers myself if I would have looked a little closer :-) Will definitely book again in the future if going to Branson.

Perfect!
The condo was perfect! We stayed here with our 2 teenage sons, adult daughter, and our granddaughter. This place exceeded our expectations. It was easy to get to, just minutes from the Branson Landing shops and restaurants. Conveniently located directly across from the pool and tennis court, with a nice pond for fishing just outside the patio door. It was very clean, quiet, relaxing, and beautifully decorated. Chris was an excellent host who had great communication, and made sure we had everything we needed. By far one of the best places we have stayed while visiting Branson, and will return!

Unexpectedly Amazing
You can never quite tell how a place is going to be from pictures, typically they look great & then you’re disappointed. Not the case!!! It was beautiful, spacious & location was great! The place was clean, fishing was fun & right outside the back door. Swimming right across from the front door & not much further (walking) was the arcade and food area. Better than we could have hoped for during our stay. Condo was also convenient to all Branson has to offer. Would absolutely come back & stay here again!!!

We loved staying here! Condo was very clean and nice. Quite roomy. The location was great, just outside of the business of Branson, but could be in town quickly. The fully stocked fishing pond directly behind the condo may have been the biggest hit!

Very nice, fully stocked condo. My favorite aspects were: the sliding back door was super convenient to let our dog out; my 16 year old son LOVED having the fishing pond right out back; and my 14 year old daughter loved that there was a tennis court right out front. Communication with Chris was quick and very complete. Any questions we had were quickly answered. We were able to “check in” early, which was nice. The apartment was very clean and well appointed, even had a crock pot. Great location for our dogs, just walk out the slider and onto the grass. We did have neighbors above, but they weren’t noisy. Most of the units seemed to be vacation rentals, so always new “neighbors”. Parking wasn’t bad. The location is a few minutes out of Branson, which was nice to break away from the crowds, lights and traffic. Very quiet location. The market across the street has everything you’ll need and not nearly as busy as one across the lake. All-in-all, we had a great stay, very relaxing and will definitely stay with Chris again when we return to Branson.

The condo was just as pictured. It was perfect for our two day stay in the Branson area. The kitchen was well equipted with the utensils for cooking our breakfast, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the pond in the back. There is a flight of stairs down to the condo. The owner was very responsive with communication before we got there but we didn't have to contact him further because we didn't have any problems.

This was a nice property
My family and I stayed 10 nights. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and bake our meals. I appreciated having starter supplies for the kitchen and bathroom. My son enjoyed fishing in the pond right outside our patio. There are a lot of fish out there. The condo was very clean. Chris was quick to answer emails from me, which was nice. We had a great time.

Peaceful setting on the patio overlooking the pond and golf course. A beautiful hot air balloon floated by as children caught fish while we enjoyed our morning coffee. The condo is well equipped with everything you need or want for your stay. Comfy beds & bedding, quality tissue & TP are added bonuses (that’s not always the case with rentals). The back sliding door lock was a bit tricky and there was a slight musty smell - probably because it is a walkout lower level unit by water. Overall a wonderful experience in every way!

Perfect for family vacation
We enjoyed our stay. Room for our family of four and our three dogs. The walk out patio made it easy for letting the dogs out and a great view with a golf course and pond with an assortment of fish that our kids enjoyed catching and releasing with their poles we bought a mile and a half down the road at the bass pro shop. Highly recommend staying at this condo. The landlord was quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

The condo itself is nice and in great location. Communication with the owner was great. On the downside, the furniture is very uncomfortable including the beds. The neighbor above is extremely noisy so don’t plan on getting much rest.
