Prima zakenhotel in prettige omgeving(centrum)
Schone ruime komers. Ontbijt met voldoende keuze. Minpunt is dat de bar 's avonds al erg vroeg gesloten iwas(22.30 uur)

Alles in allem nichts zu beanstanden
Würde in Deutschland kein 4 Sterne-Hotel sein. Dennoch: Tolle Lage, ruhig, großes Zimmer mit vielem Stauraum, enge dafür aber bezahlbare Tiefgarage, „unspektakuläres“ Frühstück aber es fehlt an nichts.

The hotel is five minutes walking to the old town. Facilities are so so. Only 3 in one instant coffee provided in the room, even there is not good coffee machine in the eating area for the breakfast. Indoor Parking is about 20 Euro/night.

The front desk staff were very helpful throughout my entire stay. The location is perfect and my room was comfortable- just what I needed after a long day of travel!

Lovely hotel in a great area which is handy for everything in the town centre and the river. Only issue I had was a lot of noise, building work I think, quite early in the morning.

This hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town Bratislava and Danube shore and is newly refurbished. Garage is small and you need to prebook space if you need one. Hotel serves decent and delicious breakfast

4 star hotel with a high rating of 9? Really?
The location of the hotel is great, but that is the end of the all the good news. Depressing dark reception, people who do not really care, AC not working in all the hotel, fridge not working, no hot water, lights and power sockets not working, double bed but with single duvets, it is like they are just letting the property die. Breakfast was also very basic, however it was included in the price. No matter how optimistic someone wants to be, that is definitely not a 4-star hotel and the rating of 9 does not reflect the truth. In my opinion it is a 3-star hotel max, with a rating of 7,5 max. There are other amazing and brand-new hotels in the city, with a lower cost too.

Good breakfast, smelly room
Our room wasn't the greatest, it smelled of formerly being a smoking room. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, they let us park our car in the hotel garage for free for 4 hrs before we moved our park to friends office parking space. Breakfast was excellent and the service was caring and always on hand.

Rigtig fint hotel med en sublim beliggenhed. Under mit ophold gjorde jeg mig følgende observationer: der var ikke sprit ved morgenbuffet og der manglende rengøring under sengen på værelset. Derudover var opsat spritholder ved indgangen tom, under hele opholdet. Morgenmaden var ok, og ikke mere end det.

Veldig god plassering, veldig sentralt. Stort, romslig rom. Gode senger, men veldig tynne puter. Rent og pent. Hotellet virker å være nokså nyoppusset, men likevel ganske trist og umoderne stil på hotellet. Mulig det handler om kulturelle forskjeller med hensyn til estetikk. Noe uinspirerende frokostbuffet, men god, proaktiv service på han som jobbet i frokostsalen.
