'LOVED the house! It's so much fun and functional! We have a toddler so the playground in the back sold us, then I fell absolutely in love with the convertible toilet seat for the little one. All the details in this house are perfect. We love to take family walks, so on the first night we walked a couple of blocks and turned back, that's the only negative. Never felt unsafe in the house, just not a really walkable neighborhood.'

' Moon River Ranch is nestled in the middle of nowhere (Satin, Texas) and it sits on 650 acres! We booked the cozy farmhouse and it was enough space for our family of 6 with plenty room to spare. Yall, we woke up Saturday to Zebras, Wildebeest and Camels running and playing... now pause, if you know how much I love animals then you know I dropped a tear or 2. I think I had the most fun talking to the Ostriches as they attempted to eat my hair lol. ..I literally talked for 30mns and played with...

'This home was beautiful, clean, and located close to many Waco activities. Check in process was very simple and the home was very accomadating for our 3 night stay. Although we had 4 adults on our trip, this home would be great for familes with children as well.'

'Plenty of parking, clean, everything worked properly. We rented the cottage along with the 4BD house to have enough space for family from 3 generations & 3 States to converge & celebrate one member receiving their MD+PhD. This was our 2nd time to rent the 4BD house - liked it so much we rented again, & this time rented also rented the 1BD cottage. For those of you who regularly rent, you will know how wonderful & rare it is to be able to state that of 4 toilets & 3 showers, every single one...

'The house was exactly as described! Beautiful!! Communication was excellent. Pros: perfect downtown location, beautiful apartment! Cons: -We stayed Friday-Sunday. Friday night there was a live band at the wine bar which is located outside the bedrooms. Loud until after 10:30 and putting a toddler to bed was not fun. -We had a family of 9 and planned to cook breakfast, there was only 2 pots and a cookie pan. We had to make it work to cook as we had a lot of food we didn’t want to waste....
