We arrived late and were grateful for the coffee and tea in the morning since it’s a bit of a walk to any coffee shops. The neighborhood is transitioning, but we felt safe at all times. 'This house offers everything you need and more. Chad is a great host, easy to work with and this house is loaded. The location is perfect. We stayed in for a majority of Saturday playing games in the game room. Again, I would def. Stay here again in the future. 'We came to Nashville to celebrate Christmas and go to ICE at the Gaylord Opryland hotel. The house was perfect for our 3 sons, two wives and 4 grandchildren. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathrooms were shampoo, body wash, etc. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. We really felt at home. The pool looked nice too. We’d love to come again in warmer weather.'

Otherwise great, just be ready for lots of stairs.'
