'Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. 'Overall stay was nice. A few amenities lacking that we are used to when we book through VRBO. Ie there was no spare toilet paper. There was no coffee filters for coffee maker. Other wise it was very clean and nice.'

'I was very impressed when I walked into this beautiful villa! I’d booked it for my parents and brother who came to town for a family wedding. The villa was beautifully decorated, well stocked, immaculately clean, and spacious for my parents, brother, and my dad’s dog. Our host was very attentive and would respond back to my questions immediately. We would certainly book it again if we were ever back in the area! Beautiful home!!'

'This is a great place to stay if you want to experience true lake life! There was plenty of space and the owner was very fast to answer any questions! Floating houses do have their quirks and limitations similar to an RV or camper, so prepare accordingly. We'd definitely book again!'

'We had a great time here! Plenty of room for us and our children/grandchildren. Property manager quickly responded to any needs, parking is a bit tricky but we got the hang of it. Definitely would stay there again.'

'Nice property, great for your dog to run around, grass was long making it hard to find the droppings. The property is convenient to the marina although up a steep hill, there are a couple of sets of stairs to the chalets and another rental that drops you off a few yards from the drive. Plenty of cooking items, pots pans, baking sheets silverware. 'My family joked the entire stay that this is the only place we’ve ever stayed that is even nicer than the already incredible photos. It was like we lived in a movie for about summer lake living for a week. Highly impressed with the overall space, the cleanliness, and above and beyond communication by Traci and Matt. 'This was a perfect stay for my friends and I! We loved the authenticity of the home and the old vibes it gave. We had a little issue on check as our door code was changed prior to arrival but the app Dack came to the rescue allowing us to unlock the door whenever we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Knoxville area!'
