'Excellent communication, very clean residence, simple check in and check out. Two improvements: 1. The knob to turn the water on and select hot/cold in the tub/shower needs to be replaced. It does not function properly and we were not able to take a hot shower. 2. Make it clearer that the residence is apart of an apartment complex. This fact may not matter to some customers but it would have been a major component for other customers.'

'We had to walk up a grassy hill from the driveway that was difficult for me as an 85 yr old woman. The apt. is under the owner,s house and we could here a dog running around and a child crying and running. '

'Not too bad of a little house for a quick overnight stay. The pictures do the place justice. We arrived after dark and in the rain. There needs to be a sidewalk from the back parking area to the front door for apt. #2. The front steps could be a safety issue. They have no railing and are short. The first thing we saw in the bedroom was a spider web and a spider. We used the vacuum cleaner to rid that issue! The place is nice and clean. It could use some touch up paint on certain areas.
