Een prima hotel, mooie kamer, goed ontbijt. Winkelcentrum met restaurantjes vlakbij, maar daarmee ook de problemen die een grote stad kan hebben. In tunneltje richting centrum, een groot aantal daklozen die daar hun verblijf hadden ingericht. Ook drugsgebruik.

Hotel ligt midden in het centrum en is in zeer nette staat. Vooral het personeel is een reden om dit hotel te kiezen, de service was echt top!

Goede keuze!
Het hotel ligt midden in Bristol, twee minuten loopafstand van het busstation en het winkelcentrum. Kamers zijn goed verzorgd en medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk. Voor in en uit checken moet je op de 2e verdieping zijn. De liften stoppen ook steeds op de 2e ongeacht welke verdieping je kiest.

Great hotel
We stayed for 1 night during the weekend. Our room was excellent. Only the watercooker didn't work and the temperature of the shower was really difficult to set. However the overall experience was really good also because the staff was very friendly!

Very handy to have the NCP car park attached to the hotel. The welcome on reception on the ground floor was very warm - Anne was lovely and is a credit to you! The food was very good - waiting staff quite slow despite the restaurant in the evening being almost empty especially when the Maître D said he would return to take our mains order in a couple of minutes and finally arrived about 10 mins or so later. Breakfast was very good - all you could possibly want! The area is quite run down which is a shame but the hotel cant help that - they make up for it with their friendliness and helpfulness. Handy for the Bristol Hippodrome which is about a 15min walk away.

Stayed on the 7th floor. Lovely modern clean room with a good size balcony. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Food was great. Fabulous hotel with onsite parking in the city centre.

The staff really made this stay! Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. I've never seen anything like it in the UK before! The hotel itself is very clean, breakfast is fab, bar had numerpus options and also great service. Really couldnt fault it and would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very disappointing. Had to change rooms, still not much improvement. I adequately cleaned, shabby fittings and sofa bed. However service was professional and friendly, and breakfast was excellent.

Fab breakfast
Not bad, it’s situated on a very busy road and our premium room overlooked the road. Was noisy at night with lots of police sirens. The room is very nice and clean but we found the pillows were too soft but if you called reception they would have provided firm pillows. Breakfast was beautiful and the staff are very nice and helpful offering choice of eggs and fresh pancakes. My cooked breakfast was lovely and worth every penny. Hotel is well situated opposite the shopping centre. Overnight parking in the adjacent ncp car park is hefty at £20 per night.
