It is surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel is outdated and dirty, especially the elevator. The floor in the room was very sticky and dirty and some towels were dirty as well. Also very noisy. Do not recommend!

You give what you get. Staff is very respectful with me. I'm greeted with a first name basis. They tolerate nothing, so you can stay safe. It has quieted down a lot. The only complaint I have, heater/air conditioners should be cleaned. They are filled with dust and Debree which causes not to work properly. Im allergic to dust so i itch.

Noisy neighbors, I saw a roach and vacated the room immediately @ 3am in the morning to be sure my things didn't become contaminated and drove an hour to get home, while I was very tired. I knew right away the room was a dump, and wasn't that surprised it was infested.

Poor management and unfriendly staff. Had to wait hours for clean linen and towels. Maid's were very rude and they were never available for cleaning when you needed them. I'll never stay there again.The manager Amit was very inappropriate and also allowed his staff to do whatever they wanted. Which is nothing they're always on their phones or not at the desk.
