Amazing coastal views
Excellent condo in Brookings. Had everything we needed for 8-night stay. Quiet complex. Neighbors are friendly. Private beach access. Many hikes, beaches and the Redwoods a short drive away. We hope to return.

Oregon condo
The condo was well equipped and clean and a beautiful place to stay . The view was amazing! It is a very private area and the people we met were extremely friendly. I will definitely come back again in the future!

Unbelievable view and location
This was one of those places that you walk into and it takes your breath away! Definitely want to go back for a longer stay. Treasure hunting on the private beach below was a highlight as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views, even in the rain! Not extravagant furnishings, but all the basic needs with fabulous views. Very quiet building. We enjoyed a 2 wk stay!!

Beautiful!
This condo has the most beautiful view. It is clean, roomy, comfortable, private, quiet, and has plenty of towels and kitchen items. We had some trouble with the cooling system and messaged the host. Someone was out within an hour to look at it (and it was a Saturday!) We booked two more stays the day we arrived home. I believe we will be booking stays for years to come.

Decent place
The view was fantastic on the day it wasn’t foggy. Most of stay was fogged in so we couldn’t enjoy the view. The furnishings were in good shape but outdated. The bed sheets were old/well worn and would not stay on the mattress. The bed master bed was very high off the ground and once in would sink in the middle. Overall, was o.k. for a short stay.

We appreciate your review. We are shocked to hear about the beds, as they have been recplaced in the last 2 years. We will have an office member go out and take a look at this along with the linens. Location, Location, Location...Location
This is the perfect location on the Oregon coast. View of Pacific Ocean is fantastic! Rainbow rocks is ideally located for day trips to Bandon, Port Orford and Gold Beach to the North and Crescent City, Klamath, Redwood Highway and Eureka to the South. Private beach below condo features a sea cave, sea anemones and star fish. During certain low tides you can walk to Harris Beach. Condo unit was a little dated but well stocked with useful items and information; plus you get a garage to park your car. Jerry's jet boat ride is a blast and the free Indian artifact museum at the Trees of Mystery is a must see. Wish I booked more than one week.

Wonderful view!
The view and amenities were outstanding. I greatly enjoyed my time at this condo! The beach path was beautiful and the coastal trail behind the parking area was magnificent! If I’m ever in Brookings again, I’ll try to reserve this same unit.

Glorious Perch on the Southern Coast
We'd eyed this location many time on previous trips to the Coast and thought, "Wouldn't it be grand to stay up there?" This year, we made it happen. Our ten days in this comfortable condo were just perfect. The owners have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. And the view? We couldn't have asked for a more spectacular place to take it all in!

This condo was wonderful! So homey and very clean. Felt like visiting your grandmas house. The views were just beautiful too! We would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was there were a handful of ants in the master bathroom and the towels have seen better days and could use to be replaced. Overall would definitely recommend staying here

Amazing Views
This condo has amazing views! The condo is clean and tidy and very comfortable. We loved the recliners in front of the glass window. A huge perk is the use of the garage, which allowed us to have 2 vehicles. Not all units allow 2 vehicles, but this condo does. The mgmt was outstanding, very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this condo.

Exceeded expectations!
One quick personal note: WAY too many area rugs to slip/trip on. The gorgeous views are far better than you can expect from the photos (and the photos are great!). That's how good the views are. Stove/oven not working and no bbq, so mgmt went out and bought us an indoor electric grill to use. Very much appreciated. Well furnished condo with everything you need. Did I mention the views???

Inadequate information provided for access to property and garage. Never got garage open. Difficulty with lockbox. Once In beautiful environment we enjoyed views, accommodations. We appreciate how understanding you were upon your arrival. We did create a complaint ticket with VRBO in regards to lack of information being displayed on the Travelers side and inaccuracy of the locations it was provided making it difficult to locate. This has since been resolved with a VRBO representative, and our guest that arrived after you had received all proper information upon their arrival. We again are truly sorry you had those hiccups with information being provided through the app. Again, we are pleased the condo otherwise fit your needs and you had an enjoyable stay. My overall impression is WOW! This is a wonderful property. Impeccably clean. Tastefully decorated. Free of clutter. Well appointed kitchen. Unbelievable views of the Pacific Ocean off of the comfortable balcony or the living/dining room. We could not have asked for a better place to rest and relax for a few days while gazing at the magnificent Sea. And the owners are great! I had the chance to meet them. This is a 5-star review and I can't wiat for my next stay.

FABULOUS VIEWS!!!
We really loved the view from this property. We've stayed at Rainbow Rock numerous times but this was our first time in the "E" building (farthest from the highway). The furniture wasn't quite as comfortable as we expected but it was definitely doable. Almost all of our visits over the years, if not all, have been managed by Paragon Properties. They do a fantastic job and always respond in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this location and the property manager!

The condo was located on the far west side, and was perfect for what we needed. The fire place was a selling point for us when shopping other places, so we were disappointed it said out of order. We loved this condo - it was very clean and comfortable. The view was wonderful. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency and had to leave very early in the morning two days early. There was no time to straighten up and start the washer etc. We would absolutely rent this condo again.

The views from this property can't be beat. It is a lovely condo, well maintained and well equipped. Nice part is you get use of the garage too. Furniture and appliances are a little dated, but clean and serviceable. You do have to drive to restaurants, stores, etc. But it's worth it for the view. It's a little hard getting down to the private beach, but that's also worth it.
