'We rented this ranch for our ministries Annual Board Retreat. We have 24 people on our Board and we have stayed at many location over the years. However, the ranch was hands down the best spot we have ever stayed at. There was such a peace about the property. 'This house looked very nice from the pictures and very nice from the outside, in fact, it had new kitchen tiles and seemed to have a new coat of paint, etc. Our major problem was that this house was not set up to be a rental house, it was more of a frat house. 'Light fell out of ceiling, shower didn’t drain, positive Covid text strip found under bed toilet seat broken dryer never heated didnt fix things. Doorbell broken only 2 towels person for a week stay with broken dryer left a day early and got hotel. Says golf and lake access which isn’t true. Warmer drawer not attached dishwasher not mounted. Very unresponsive. Would not ever recommend. And heard neighborhoood association dosnt even allow VRBO rentals'

'De kamer was in zeer slechte staat. In de eerste kamer was het toilet verstopt en in beide kamers was er geen ventilatie. We moesten de deur naar de gang open zetten als we gedoucht hadden. Condens hing in de badkamer aan het plafond en druppelde naar beneden. Deze druppels hadden een bruinige kleur omdat het plafond ook niet helemaal schoon was.
