When checking in we were told they no longer accepted cats. Since we had prepaid they said we could stay, but they were not pleasant about it. The room was dirty and had live cockroaches. I have pictures of the cockroaches.

There was no luggage rack. There was someone else’s hair in the bathroom when we arrived. The bathroom floor wasn’t even steeped. And the toilet seat was not cleaned properly. The breakfast was nice though.and the people at the front desk were very helpful.

They had one king bed on the whole property it was on second floor upon arrival so I took what was available. They didn’t advise he that it was a smoking room of which I’m allergic too! I asked for a change but nothing available I was there a whole week and nothing BS. Then every night they allowed customers to smoke on that floor and party all night until 2 am! Some people have to work the next day. I was also advised only towels and bedding every three days. I only had on in 7 days and that’s because I requested it. Trash is taken out daily but shampoo and soap was not replaced. This is one of the worst motels I had visited and would highly recommend to look elsewhere!! The place was filthy and not clean at all but I had limited funds and couldn’t find anything in the area without driving 30 miles away.

It was the cheapest hotel in the area. I asked for a non smoking room but, when I went into my room, it smelled a little like someone had been smoking in there. I asked the cleaning crew the next morning if I was in a smoking room and they said no, that they were all upstairs. I was hanging out outside of my room and I looked down on the ground in the yard in front and there was cigarette buds everywhere including near the picnic table. I had later checked out and I was waiting in the front for the rain to pass because I was riding my bike to Clermont from there and I noticed a lot of cigarette buds and a cigar bud right at the front entrance. Besides the smoking, when I first went into the room, I saw a small baby roach on the tub edge and killed it. Then I left to the store and came back and found a German Cockroach near the TV. I reported the roaches and they put in a workorder in right away to take care of it. The two little roaches weren't the problem. Almost every hotel has roaches and even the fancy ones do. If they cleaned up the cigarette buds, it would be a nice hotel. Maybe put some butt depots upstairs and hope the people put their cigarette buds in there instead of flicking them into the yard. Here's what happens when they flick a cigarette that is still lit downstairs into the yard. The smoke can travel into the rooms downstairs and that's probably what happened with my room making it smell a little like someone smoked in it.

Economical, in convenient location off highway. Near services. Comfortable beds. Limited blankets. Tough to park because large trucks and busses taking up too much space. Otherwise fine. Quick check in. Good breakfast although breakfast room is small and on a weekend in high season was packed with traveling students.

The tv didn’t work well. Picture and sound cut out on many channels. Microwave carousel didnt move. Stuck in one place. Dresser drawers totally stuck, couldn't use at all. Vinyl plank floors need MOPPING, not just sweeping. 5 minutes walking barefoot, my feet were black. On the good side, quiet, good blackout curtains, good bed, nice staff. I'd stay again but please, basic maintenance, make sure stuff WORKS.

The staff was awesome. The property needs updating, very old looking. My room had a direct view of the stairwell, so I couldn't open my curtains or every other guest could look in as they came up the stairs. At night, the bright stairwell lights completely lit up my room, even with the curtains completely closed. They need to invest in some new pillows, they were terrible.

Not a company owned property, just the name licensed to someone. Old rundown property, room was barely adequate. Bathroom was falling apart and the cigarette smell from downstairs reeked in our nonsmoking room. Definitely would not recommend. But the place was full because it is the only motel at that exit.
