'This is a charming home in a very nice location. Our group of 5 enjoyed cooking meals in a nice kitchen, gathering at a large table and lounging both inside and outside. 'This house was perfect for our family of five adults. Very unique rooms with comfy beds and soft linens. Lots of little extras that you don’t see from other owners. The back yard has a huge privacy fence, a nice fire pit, even tiki torches- all combined it made for perfect evenings sitting outside visiting. We hope this is available on our next visit to New Iberia. :)'

'We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described. Great location. Thankfully I read the reviews and prepared myself for the narrow spiral stair case. Pack smaller bags and not too heavy or large size luggage. We will absolutely book again when we are back in the New Iberia area.'

'This is a beautiful home in a picturesque setting. We ended up spending a lot of our time relaxing on the back porch just enjoying the view and bird watching. The interior is great, well decorated and very comfortable to cook, eat snd relax. Our first thought upon entry was the house was even prettier than the pictures'

'We loved the place. Close to our family in bureaux bridge and very clean. The outlets in the kitchen went out for some reason and without access to the board could not switch them back on but otherwise the property was lovely clean and comfortable.'

'We rented the house for one night. The owner responded to inquiries immediately. It was an older house, which was updated inside. The beds were super comfortable. The property is located in a run down area and we were unsure about it upon arrival. However, it was quiet and we had no issues. We would stay here again.'

'We came in to town for a wedding. The place was extremely clean and the quality of the space was better than the listing pictures. It was near a good variety of restaurants and things to do. The only down side was that downtown Lafayette can be loud at night. If you plan on going to bed early this may not be the spot for you. If you enjoy being close to night life, this is the perfect stay for you!'
